The Open Window
The devil can only come in if you give him
the authority and open the window.[1]
There are 4 major ways that the
devil can gain access in your life.
1. Deception (lies).
2. Sin (ex. unclean bonds)
3. Emotional ties (ex. unforgiveness/
death bondage)
4. The Occult
1. Deception
A deception is to believe something that is
a lie to be truth or believing something that is true to be a lie.
Eph.4:13-15 speaks of not being
carried about by every wind of doctrine that is meant to deceive. Jesus warned
us about deception in Luke 11:34-35“Your eye is a lamp that provides light
for your body. When your eye is good, your whole body is filled with light. But
when it is bad, your body is filled with darkness. Make sure that the
light you think you have is not actually darkness.” How can light be
darkness? It is to believe something to be true that is not. The most deadly
demons are those of deception. Through demons of deception work that which many
call a spirit of religion. There is no such thing as a spirit of religion;
it is only afruit of deception, a perverse deceptive spirit. People who
are Muslim, Hindu or whatever, believe deception, lies that give the
demons power over them. The only way to get rid of ademon of deception is
by coming to the knowledge of the truth and repenting of the lies you followed. The truth
is what brings freedom from a demon of deception. Jesus said, “You shall know
the truth and the truth shall set you free.” It doesn’t say truth will set
you free, but the truth that you know and you accept and confess with your
mouth as true, will set you free. Unlike demons that you cast out, this
one comes in only by deception and goes out only by renouncing that deception
and confessing the truth. You have to undo the lie.
The key to being delivered from deception
is to simply believe what God says in His word to be true because God said so.
You have to believe that which may seem impossible and ridiculous to the
natural mind without reservation. You believe the Sun and moon stood still,
because God said so. Jesus said, you cannot enter the kingdom of God
without coming as a little child.
There are four major ways in which Satan
can deceive you.
First, in your comprehension and
understanding of God. Satan will tell you, God is mad at you. God
won’t forgive you. You’ve gone too far, it’s too late. The fact is, God is
not mad at you and He is not venting His anger upon you. He put His anger, His
wrath, on Jesus on the cross. So now, when God looks at us, He sees us through
Jesus sacrifice and so He sees us through goodness and mercy. And the goodness
of God leads us to repentance.
Heb.12:6 “For the Lord disciplines the
one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.” Prov.3:12 “For
the Lord corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in
whom he delights.”
The second area of deception is
concerning self.
‘You’re no good. You’re a looser. You will
never amount to anything.” Causing self pity. How do you overcome the
accusations of the accuser? Rev.12:11 says “By the blood of the Lamb
and the Word of your testimony.” Phil.4:13 says “I can do all things
through Christ who strengthens me.” We have to renew our minds to the
truth.
The third area of deception in which Satan
gets to us is about others.
He will tell you everyone is against
you, no one likes you. Everyone is talking about you. The truth is Eph
1:6 says “So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out
on us who belong to his dear Son.”
Satan tries to bring shame against you
because of something you did. It could have come from physical or sexual
abuse as a child. Many have deep rooted shame and the Devil tells you
that you’re worse than anyone else, but the fact is that outside the grace and
mercy of God we are all capable of anything. There is none of us
better than another. Or best righteousness is as filthy rags before God. Just
confess your faults get it out, let the Lord cleanse it and be healed.
Nine tenths of the time when a person feels
rejection by someone else, it isn’t because they are rejecting you. They feel
the same way. The one you are feeling rejected by is feeling rejected by
you. If you are feeling rejected, read Isaiah 53:3, identify with
Jesus and let Him take your rejection. He bore rejection so you don’t have to.
The fourth area of deception is concerning
the devil.
The lie is that He is big and powerful and
strong and you need to be intimidated by Him and his demons. Yes, he does have
power, but only the power of deception, and the truth is, he is terrified that
you might find out who you are in Christ and stand up to Him with the authority
God has given you over Him. That is truth.
2. Sin
The second area in which people come into
demonization, is through unyielded areas in their life,unconfessed
sins (things they are hiding that they know is wrong). If you confess
your sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us 1 John 1:9, "Now
repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away." Act
3:19
Secrets:
Because of a unconfessed sin, both you and
the devil now have a secret!
The devil can now use guilt and shame to
keep you bound.
A molested child will hear the words: “You
better not tell anyone. This can be our little secret.” Because of shame,
manipulation, and emotional confusion, the child will keep the secret and be
bound in it.
The manipulation tactics of a criminal gang
is to draw an un-expecting casual friend into one of their criminal acts. One
example is of a woman I met on the street who was told by her girl friend of a
murder done by some of her criminal friends. Later, the friend told her that the
criminals found out that she knew the secret. This tactic gave her extreme fear
and opened her up to manipulation. She was now bound in their secret and they
keep her bound by threats. “but if you hide your sins, you are giving the enemy
ground in your life.” Proverbs 28:13. “Therefore confess your sins to each
other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a
righteous person is powerful and effective.” James 5:16
Rom.6:12-13 “Do not let sin
control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. Do not let any
part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give
yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So
use your whole body as an instrument to do what is right for the glory of God.” V.16 “Don’t
you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can
be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey God, which
leads to righteous living.” John 8:34 “Jesus answered … I tell you
the truth, everyone who sins is a slave of sin.” Many times believers will come
and say, “I have this problem with a demon.” No, you don’t have a demon
problem; you have a problem with Jesus. You haven’t surrendered an
area of your life to Him and you persist in known willful sin.
When you persist in willful sin, you open
a window to the enemy to come in. It doesn’t mean that every time you
sin or leave your spiritual window open, but if you leave it open long enough,
seeds will surely find their way in. Disobedience opens the window.
Prov.5:22 “An evil man is held captive
by his own sins;they are ropes that catch and hold him.” Prov.25:28 “A
person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls.” When you
don’t rule over you spirit, when you allow sin, you open the window.
Deliverance is breaking the chain. Every
time you sin in an area of your life, as you keep giving into a sin, you get to
where you have no will to resist it and that sin begins to take over in your
life and take on its own personality. That sin takes you by the neck and
becomes a stronghold of the enemy in your life.
Unclean bondage
Pornography – masturbation – prostitution –
adultery – homosexuality – pedophilia –
sex with animals – incest – molestation –
rape - etc.
Pornography and masturbation:
The Heart Of The Problem
Within each person, God has placed a
fundamental need for intimacy. We see this clearly in creation, when God said,
“It is not good for the man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18). This desire for
emotional intimacy is normally filled through healthy relationships with one’s
parents, siblings, friends, and spouse. For various reasons, however, some
people struggle to connect with others and have difficulty developing close
relationships. When people feel empty on the inside, this emotional vacuum can
be easily filled with a counterfeit intimacy – selfish sexual
gratification. True intimacy satisfies this God-given need, but fantasies and
masturbation leave people feeling empty, worthless, and trapped in a vicious
cycle. The more they use pornography, the more it separates them from others
and hinders their ability to develop healthy relationships. The more alone they
feel, the greater their desire for intimacy, and the more they are driven to
fill the void with pornography. Freedom comes by dealing with the heart –
the deepest inner-core of our being.
Jesus emphasized the importance of the
inner life by saying, “For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil
thoughts, sexual immorality, … [and] adultery” (Mark 7:21). Also, Paul wrote: “You
must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They
are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because
of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. Having
lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to
indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more” (Ephesians
4:17b-19).
Rape:
Rape is a type of sexual
assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms
of sexual penetration perpetrated against a person without that
person's consent. The act may be carried out by physical
force, coercion, abuse of authority or against a person who is incapable
of valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, or below the
legal age of consent. The term rape is sometimes used
interchangeably with the term sexual assault.
Homosexuality:
There are 4 major causes of homosexuality:
1.The very rare are those who
were born with biological abnormalities.
2. Grew up with abnormal parent-child
relationships.
3. Those who were sexually abused as
children as incest, rape, or those
who had early homosexual
experiences.
4. Those who have homosexual tendencies,
but choose not to follow them
and instead,
dedicate their lives to Christ.

"With rare exceptions, homosexuality
is neither inherited nor the result of some glandular disturbance or the
scrambling of genes or chromosomes. Homosexuals are made, not born 'that way.'
I firmly believe that homosexuality is a learned response to early painful
experiences and that it can be unlearned. For those homosexuals who are unhappy
with their life and find effective therapy, it is 'curable.” [2]
"The idea that people are born into
one type of sexual behavior is entirely foolish". Homosexuality is "a
behavior, not a condition," and something that some people can and do
change, just like they sometimes change other tastes and personality
traits" [3]
2. Grew up with abnormal parent-child
relationships.
79 percent described their mother as
"overanxious", or "over concerned" about them; their
safety, health, and being overly sentimental when they met with some hardship,
as well as manifesting other aspects of over-mothering. In addition, in 71
percent of homosexual cases, "the most important factor was the father's detachedness
or nonparticipation in the son's upbringing. The fathers of 38 percent of the
men were so hypercritical that the sons were made to feel either rejected
and/or inferior.[4]
3. Those who were sexually abused as
children as incest, rape, or those
who had early homosexual
experiences.
A friend working with a homosexual prayer
group in San Francisco found that many in the group were victims of incest or
were molested as children. Also, others had early childhood sexual experiences
with their siblings or friends.[5]
4. Those who have homosexual tendencies but
choose not to follow them and dedicate their lives to Christ.
I met someone who use to be a active
homosexual. He discovered a new life in Christ and chose to start a new life.
Even though homosexual feelings came back at times, he stands firm in his
relationship with Jesus.
“You were not "born this way."
Homosexuality is a sin that you need to purge from your system.
“Do you not know that the unrighteous will
not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually
immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor
thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will
inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you
were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by
the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
It has been found that people who have been
repeatedly molested as children or have been the victims of violent sexual acts
as rape are likely to have problems with night demons.
Incubus: An evil spirit that lies on
persons in their sleep; especially one that has sexual intercourse
with women while they are sleeping.
Succubus: A demon assuming female form
to have sexual intercourse with men in their sleep. (They are a powerful,
high-ranking class of demons.)
These are just basic, secular definitions
of these two spirits which are also commonly referred to as “sex demons” or “night
demons”. These demons are primarily spirits of sexual perversion. Whenever we
are talking about demons, always remember not to put too much merit into the
common names that they are called by. Spirits go by many names and
are identified by numerous titles in the Bible. Night demons are no more than
spirits of lust. (Unclean spirits)
It is unbelievable, but some people like
holding onto these demons because of the pleasure that spirit(s) may bring
them. For example, incubus may bring a woman extreme sexual pleasure at night,
and therefore she does not want to give it up, yet she wants delivered from the
problems that it is causing in her life. If a person is not willing to give up
a spirit, then there is little we can do to help them.
Molestation – Being molested open
doors in three ways. First, it often attaches spirits of perversion to
the victim. Secondly, it subjects the victim to a mindset of
victimization. In other words, you constantly see yourself as a victim.
Remember night demons are sexual aggressors and they want you to feel
victimized. Thirdly, molestation is another doorway to fear in your life.
Abuse – Remember that these spirits
are likened to abusive spouses and rapists, meaning that be a victim of
domestic abuse can definitely introduce these spirits into your life. An
abusive situation is a very comfortable environment for such demons.
Pedophilia: Pedophilia is considered a paraphilia,
an "abnormal or unnatural attraction." Pedophilia is defined as the
fantasy or act of sexual activity with prepubescent children. Pedophiles are
usually men, and can be attracted to either or both sexes. How well they relate
to adults of the opposite sex varies.
Perpetrators often delude themselves
into viewing their actions as helpful to children. They might tell themselves
they are contributing to a child's development or that the child is enjoying
the act; however, they do tell their victims not to alert their parents or
authorities.
An estimated 20 percent of American
children have been sexually molested, making pedophilia the most common
paraphilia. Offenders are usually family friends or relatives. Types of
activities vary and may include just looking at a child or undressing and
touching a child. However, acts often do involve oral sex or touching of
genitals of the child or offender. Studies suggest that children who feel
uncared for or lonely may be at higher risk.
Sex with animals: Zoophilia is a paraphilia involving a sexual fixation on animals. Bestiality is cross-species sexual activity between human and non-human animals. The terms are often used interchangeably, but some researchers make a distinction between the attraction (zoophilia) and the act (bestiality).
3. Emotional ties
The third way demons enter a life is by
emotional ties
Here, legal rights are involved.
(Giving the devil authority) These bondages can have a root of unforgiveness in
a person's heart. The goal of addressing these bondages is to break yourself
off from any legal grounds that the enemy has gained in your life. This list is
not a complete and detailed list, but it's goal is to give you an idea of some
of the things which can give legal grounds to the enemy in our lives.
Unforgiveness:
Unforgiveness is one of the biggest
tools the devil uses against God's people. It not only cuts us off from
God's forgiveness (Mark 6:15), but it also turns you over to the tormenters (Matthew
18:23-35), which are demons. You give demons legal grounds in your
life when you are bitter and unforgiving against others. Unforgiveness is a sin
which can defile a person (Hebrews 12:15). Unforgiveness in itself is a sin
which should be repented of.
Unholy soul ties: 1 Corinthians 6:16,
"Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with
her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh." When two
people become very close, especially though sexual relationships, soul
ties are formed. If the soul tie is unholy, it can serve as a demonic spiritual
bridge between the two persons. This can allow the demons tormenting one
person to torment the other person. These soul ties should be renounced and
broken in Jesus' name and the sins which have caused the soul ties should be
repented of and forsaken. Also, if any gifts or objects (rings,
personal gifts, etc.) were given to you from the person whom you may have had
an adultery or committed similar sins with, they should be sold or destroyed.
Even a harmless thing like a watch can hold a soul tie together formed from an
adultery, fornication or a similar sin.
Your soul is considered your mind, your
will and your emotions – your intellect, your desires and your feelings. You
can be soul-tied to a person, place or thing and even to a demon. In other
words, you can be mentally, emotionally and/or willfully bonded. A soul
tie occurs when you have some type of void in your life. You try to
fill this void by tying your soul to someone or something.
Close relationships: King David and
Jonathan had a good soul tie as a result of a good friendship (1
Samuel 18:1, "And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking
unto Saul, that the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and
Jonathan loved him as his own soul."), but bad soul ties can
form from bad relationships as well. Idolizing somebody can cause a
bad soul tie.
I have heard too that you can create a
soul tie with a rock group by becoming obsessed with their music.
Which explains the strong pull towards certain music that seems almost
irresistible.
Vows, commitments and agreements: Vows
are known to bind the soul (Numbers 30:2), marriage itself consists of vows and
binds the two people together (Ephesians 5:31), therefore I have little reason
to overlook the concept of vows or commitments as being a means to create a
soul tie.
Stronghold/behavioral aspect of fear,
guilt, shame, etc. There ARE spirits of guilt, fear, worthlessness, etc. that
can also be a factor and must be addressed (and driven out). However, if all we
do is address the spirits but leave the strongholds in place, they are liable
to return.
“For the weapons of our warfare are not of
the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5We
aredestroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the
knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the
obedience of Christ”. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5
Transferred control.
Prov.22:24-25 “Make no friendship with
an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go: Lest thou learn his
ways, and get a snare to thy soul.” You can come under a demonic influence of
others around you. Bad attitudes and moods tend to transfer to others around.
Someone starts murmuring and gripping, someone is angry, and the next thing you
know, it has infected and is influencing many. One of the worst demonic
strongholds comes through bitterness and unforgiveness.
When Jesus came into town, all the people
cut the branches and yelled hosanna. The next week they were yelling, “crucify
Him”. Why? Because of some Pharisees that incited them. Hitler hypnotized a
nation. They were caught under His spell.
Demons get in is through bad soul-ties.
Soul-ties is not a scriptural term, but neither is the word trinity. It is an
unhealthy bonding with another person. A soul tie is the joining or
knitting together of two souls in a relationship. Relations that lack God’s
presence as in fornication or adultery cause ungodly soul-ties.
Death bondage:
Thoughts of suicide – self mutilation –
abortion - trauma of a life threatening situation – unable to get over the
death of a loved one – know a secret of a murder or have been involved in the
death of someone.

What are the causes of suicidal thoughts?
Suicidal ideation is a feeling people may have when they are no longer able to
cope with an overwhelming situation, which could be financial, the death of
somebody they love, breaking up, or a devastating /debilitating illness. There
may be a feeling of bleakness and an erroneous assumption that taking their own
life might be the answer. If the individual's mental state is heightened
enough, suicide may seem to be the only exit.
Individuals with suicidal thoughts, or those who have taken their own lives tend to have a family history of suicide or suicidal thoughts. Generational curses.
The most common situations or life events that might cause suicidal thoughts are grief, sexual abuse, financial problems, remorse, rejection, relationship breakup and unemployment.

Self mutilation:
Why are such a considerable number of young
people are compelled to hurt themselves?
Anyone has the potential to self-harm;
there is no typical ‘self-harmer’. Triggers have been linked with experiences
such as: - Unwanted pregnancy; - Being bullied at school; - Conflict with
parents; - Parents divorcing; - Abuse; - Rape; - Loss of a loved one; -
Entering care. Much of the literature on self-harm links the behaviour to
suicide. However, the majority of young people who self-harm do not intend
to commit suicide. It is widely accepted that self-harm is used as a
coping strategy inresponse to profound emotional pain. Many young people do it
in order to release feelings of anger and self-hatred - to alter their state of
mind. It can be a way to communicate distressing feelings that are difficult
for them to express.
Extreme grief:
The sadness of losing someone you love
never goes away completely, but it shouldn’t remain center of your life.
Extreme grief is like being stuck in an intense state of mourning. You may have
trouble accepting the death long after it has occurred or be so preoccupied
with the person who died that it disrupts your daily routine and undermines
your other relationships.
“Some people are so upset about the loss
that they can’t bear to think about it. Their life comes to a standstill
because they’re avoiding things and not allowing themselves to process it,
problem solve and come up with how they can make peace with the situation.”
Certain types of loss, such as the death of a child or a sudden, unexpected or
violent death can increase the chances of developing extreme grief. People with
a history of mood and anxiety disorders or of multiple traumas and losses are
also more susceptible. 1st step: Have the confidant tell the story of
first learning about the death and then engage in a period of self-observation
and reflection.
Reactions and symptoms: Withdrawal
from friends and family – Strong emotions such as sadness, guilt, envy and
anger that is difficult to control, along with troubling thoughts that are
related to the death. Avoiding situations and people that evoke painful
reminders of the loss.
The 5 stages of grief [6] (Since
everyone deals with grief differently, the order of the stages are not always
the same for everyone.)
1. Denial and Isolation
When we first receive devastating news like
the death of a loved one, our first reaction may be todeny the truth of the
matter and withdraw from our friends and family. Denial and isolation can
take place over a matter of months in some cases.
2. Anger
Anger is a perfectly normal method for
coping with death, and is the second stage of the grieving process, according
to Kubler-Ross. You may be angry with yourself for being unable to prevent the
loss, angry with doctors who could not save your family member, or angry with
the person who died for abandoning you and creating so much pain. Some
people get angry with God because they believe He should have done something to
prevent the death from occurring.
3. Bargaining
Sometimes people's anger with God will turn
into a bargaining chip. You may try to negotiate with God, promising to
help others or live a better life if He will take your pain away and reverse
the loss that you are experiencing.
4. Depression
The anger has faded away by now, leaving
numbness and despondency in its wake. That doesn't mean that the anger is gone
for good; it may be simmering still just under the surface, where it can
explode at the slightest provocation. This may be a time where you feel
hopeless and unable to make plans or dream about the future. You may find
yourself wallowing in feeling of self pity and an inability to enjoy the things
in life that you once loved. Some people have trouble breaking out of this
stage, leading them to seek professional help in coping with death.
5. Acceptance
The pain is still there, but it is easier
to deal with. The sadness still exists, but you now feel somewhat optimistic
that you can turn the experience into something positive. Acceptance doesn't
mean to simply grin and bear it, but to accept the loss and prepare to move
forward with your life. This is the stage where true personal growth can occur.

Coping with death is one of the most
challenging experiences anyone will ever have to face. These five stages are
typically the process that most people will go through to deal with the loss,
heal and move on with their lives.
4. Occult
Demonic bondages from the curse of personal
sin. Prov.26:2b “the curse without cause shall not come.” Where there
is a curse, there is a cause. Where there is garbage, there are flies. Where
there is food, there are roaches. A curse is a term for the calling down
of evil on someone or something. American’s don’t know much about curses
and hexes, but Latin and African people do. It is easy to speak a curse because
life and death are in the power of the tongue…
Words can bring reality. Words can
bring demonic infestation. Ecc.10:20 “The words of a talebearer are
as wounds that go down into the innermost part of the soul. When you speak an
evil word, a bird of the air will carry it and he that has wings will speak the
matter.” This is the core of what witchcraft is. In places like India ,
you can go to a witch doctor and pay them and they will conjure up a spirit to
bring a curse upon someone and it will manifest. But that power only works
on those who are not under the blood of Jesus and who believe in their power.
Jesus said, bless and curse not. Overcome evil with good. When someone else
curses you, you don’t bounce it back to them, you return blessing for cursing.
The power of blessing is more powerful than
the power of cursing. You can release power and angelic ministry through the words
of your mouth. You can speak to others peace and break the yoke of bondage on
their life. Curses can affect people relationally; bring inferiority
feelings, rejection and repeated failure in relationships.
A curse causes a person to keep failing in
the same area of their life. No matter what they do, they can’t be successful.
It can even be in the area of finances. It’s like holes are in their pockets.
You have to appropriate the grace that is ours through Jesus and walk in
obedience to His Word. Example: You can’t have blessed finances if you don’t
tithe.
There are three general ways in which
curses come into a person’s life.
They cover the distant past, a
generational sin passed down in the family line,
the past, which could be childhood trauma
because of people involved in your rearing. The present, because you are
involved in present willful sin, especially anything occultic.
The Generational Curse - Through your
family line. “And He [the Lord] passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, 'The
Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in
love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness,
rebellion and sin. Yet He does not leave the guilty unpunished; He
punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the
third and fourth generation.'” This is a generational bondage or curse where
the sins of parents are passed down to their children.
Generational curses are judgments that are
passed on to individuals because of sins perpetuated in a family from
generation to generation. Generational curses are not unchangeable and do
not impose eternal judgment. They bring bondage during an individual's
life, until that individual addresses the sin issues that put the curse into
place.
Moses addressed this issue when the
Israelites were preparing to enter the Promised Land. He told the new
generation that was preparing to enter in, that they would not enter unless they
dealt with their own personal sins and the sins of their fathers. Leviticus
26:39-42 "Those of you who are left will waste away in the lands of
their enemies because of their sins; also because of their fathers' sin they
will waste away. But if they will confess their sins and the sins of
their fathers - their treachery against me and their hostility toward me, which
made me hostile toward them so that I sent them into the land of their enemies
- then when their uncircumcised hearts are humbled and they pay for their sin,
I will remember my covenant with Jacob and my covenant with Isaac and my
covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land."
Curses affect your quality of life.
They can bring failure, shame, sickness and even physical death. They are
allowed so as to get our attention and encourage us to turn back to God.
Those who are humbled by them and repent find restoration and renewed freedom
in the Lord.
Those who become angry, self-righteous and
rebel against what God has permitted go deeper into bondage and darkness.
If we had the time we could see how the sins of Abraham were passed down to the fourth
generation before God broke the chain with Joseph.
This principle of sins being passed down is
true in some of our lives. Some of you grew up in a nest of favoritism,
jealousy, striving, incest, adultery, deceit, betrayal, drunkenness, or
whatever. Those curses are passed down.
The sin of incest or illegitimacy meant
that 10 generations had to pass before the descendants could come into the
assembly of the Lord, Deut.23:2-3. Most have no concept of 10
generations in their family. So, when in doubt, renounce the sins of your
forefathers, apply the blood and break the chain.
In Jer.31:29-34 God promised that
he would forgive the sins of the parents and the children would not have to
suffer for their parents sins. That curse of the passing down of the sins of
the parents can be broken when we come to Christ and He makes all things new in
our lives;
2Cor.5:17. “Therefore if any
man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are
passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
This verse sounds like it is all a done
deal as soon as you ask Christ into your life, but that is not true experientially.
When Jesus went to the cross he took our curses upon himself, but to break the
curse we are under, the cure must be appropriated. As we bring to the
light the sins of our parents, the Lord breaks them by the power of the Holy
Spirit working in our lives. A vague repentance, Lord forgive all my sins and
those of my parents, amen, will not set us free from the curse and bondage
brought by generational sin.
Many of our parent’s weaknesses are passed
on to us. Things like anger, lust, unforgiveness, are passed down. We all know
the saying, “like father like son, like mother, like daughter. Why is this so?
Anything you hold against your parents, any sin not forgiven, will become
yours – spiritual law. John 20:23 “Whosoever sins loose them from,
they are loose, but whose sins you retain, they are retained.”
The thing you hated in your mother or
father, you find yourself guilty of and committing and you don’t know why. How
many sons have grown up saying, I will never be like my father, I will never do
this or that. But because of bitterness and unforgiveness, that is exactly what
they become like and their sin is passed down.
Also, what you focus on, what you think
about, you become. So, if you want to change and become more like Jesus, you
have to focus on and meditate upon Jesus. You must allow Jesus in you to
replace your father or mother in you, in respect to their sins and weaknesses
of the flesh.
The power of the blood of Jesus is more
powerful than the family curse that has been passed down, more powerful than
the law saying the sins of the parents are visited to the children, more
powerful than all that is in your family past. You don’t have to carry that
burden any longer, be controlled by the sins of the past, if you will turn to
Jesus and renounce those past sins and bring His kingdom power into your life.
You can be the beginning of a new generation that is free. Honesty with the
Father is the key to freedom and liberty.
Breaking Curses –In the name of the
Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I rebuke all spells, hexes, curses, voodoo
practices, witchcraft, satanic rituals, incantations, evil wishes, and fasting
prayers, not of the Lord, that have been sent my way, or have passed down the
generational bloodline. I take authority over all of them and command that they
go back where they came from and be replaced with a blessing. I ask forgiveness
for and renounce all negative inner vows that I have made and ask you, Lord
Jesus, to release me from any bondage they may have held in me. I claim your

A flat board marked with the letters of the
alphabet, the numbers 0–9, the words "yes", "no",

A witness: Tarot Cards
From being a teenager my mother and I visited
Mediums, Psychics, Crystal Ball and Tarot Card readers. We went to people’s
houses for ‘sittings’ to contact the dead and receive messages. We began to
attend audiences where one of our favourite Mediums would be performing. Mum
wasn’t as enthralled as I was, and on hearing several Mediums saying to me –
‘You can do what I am doing’ – it encourages you to develop your ‘gift’.
What I was most attracted to was the Tarot
Cards. I was more than eager to go out and buy a pack, along with some
instruction books. Then I began to seek out classes where I could learn
properly. I was taught to ‘feel’ the deck which I was attracted to, and
meditate upon them. I bought different decks of cards to work with. I loved
them. I quickly learnt how to read them, and started reading for family and
friends, they all thought I was good at it, and came back for more. I even
began to keep a record of their readings on my computer, so that I could print
it out for them for them to look back on when predicted events happened in their
lives. People loved it. So I began to go to development circles. Concentrate on
‘tuning into oneself’ and picking up any visions we might receive. This was
then shared with the group and discussed. We were given exercises to do to
develop our abilities, and the leading Medium would then make contact and
deliver messages to individuals.
I became enthralled, and went out and
bought heaps of different books on self development, meditations, chakra
reading, channelling, etc. I studied them earnestly, eager to develop. We began
to have ‘sittings’ at our house, where we would invite several friends or
family members to participate in the group. And we would tape record our
sittings in order to look back on them as predicted events unfolded. We were
hooked! I also began visiting the local Spiritualist church where Clairaudience
is carried out, receiving messages from the dead, or having private sittings. I
was particularly attracted to the Tarot Cards, and very much took to developing
this ‘gift’ and wanted to know all there was to know about them. So this was
the line of the Occult which I most focussed upon. We thought it was fine as no
harm came to us whatsoever, and everyone who took part in such activities
seemed to come to no harm at all, so we continued . . . .
In 2006 I was invited on an Alpha course to
learn about Christianity. I discovered for myself how dangerous the Occult was
- when I tried to stop. There were some strange things which started to happen
at that time. I was told to pray and ask Jesus into my life, and things did
settle down. I thought any strange happenings were over with and that I was
free from the Occult. . . . . But two years later, in the Spring of 2008 I
became the member of a Methodist church, and thought it was only right that I
get rid of my Tarot Cards, as I was now a Christian, and decided to give 100%
to the God who showed me that he IS pure love itself. I hadn’t read the Tarot
Cards for other people for a few years, but was aware I still had them at the
back of a cupboard. As far as I was concerned I had stopped dabbling in the
Occult as I had stopped going to classes, circles, visiting Mediums, etc. I
only occasionally got the cards out just to read for myself, maybe once a year
or so. I also still had all the books I’d bought, I didn’t realise how VITAL it
was that I get rid of everything which tied me to the Occult.
It was after getting rid of them that there
were several strange happenings, one of these happenings was the presence of a
spirit, between May and August. I realised I had actually been in touch with
‘something’, as I started to feel a presence which kept coming to me, very
often, almost weekly. It came at any time, out shopping, at work, sitting on a
bus, when I was fully awake. I guess it was because I had finally broken the
connection, and it was trying to keep it. I got used to it being around, I
wasn’t frightened at all. I couldn’t determine who it was, just a definite
energy, in physical terms I guess I could describe it as being aware of a small
area of ‘fog’. Although it is impossible to physically describe the non
physical. There was even a time when it came whilst I was reading my bible at
home, at this point I still didn’t realise it was evil, and I actually welcomed
it, wondering who it was, as it wasn’t giving me any identity. My welcome made
it become more vibrant. I could feel an increase in its vibration. It sometimes
came to me whilst I was at work. I told the cook about it, and she was
convinced I must have a guardian angel watching over me because it wasn’t
anything frightening.
One time I was in a client’s room (I worked
in a care home) and while she was chatting to me I felt it’s presence to be in
the direction of the corridor. I didn’t tell the old dear as I didn’t want to
frighten her. At first its presence made me feel calm and I became familiar
with its vibration. As the weeks went by, it became stronger, and in its
presence I could feel it’s energy blending more with mine, my body felt quite
heavy, I begun to feel incredibly nauseous when it was around and my mind felt
‘spaced out’. To describe this spirit as an area of fog, you would think of it
as something separate from yourself. But because it came on an energetic level,
it affects your own energy, and therefore affects how you feel.
The final time was the strongest, in August.
It was Holy Communion at the Pentecostal Church. I was in the kitchen filling
up the thimbles for the Communion. I felt its presence very strongly, even
though the place was busy, people talking to me, distractions, I knew
‘something’ was there and nobody else seemed aware of it. It seemed to strongly
touch my mind, the very point at which you think was strongly emphasised. As I
walked to the front of the church to place the Communion thimbles at the table,
there was the familiar feeling of it blending with me. I sat down, and this was
more than being calm – I could hardly move out of the chair – my body was so
very heavy. My mind was extremely ‘spacey’. Someone came to ask me to serve
cups of tea after the service, I immediately answered "I’d love to".
(Normally I would have hesitated as I am quite a shy person). But when I
answered it felt like it wasn’t quite me controlling my voice, the words just
came, although I was aware that it still sounded like me.
As the service began and everyone started
to sing, the presence quickly faded. I realised afterwards this was the
beginnings of something wanting to take possession of my faculties. Over the
next few weeks, I became frightened and very upset, not knowing when it was
going to come back, obviously wondering how I could get rid of it. I rang my
church Minister and made an appointment to see him, needing help and not
knowing what to do. But days later I cancelled the appointment as I realised
that it had decided to leave me alone, and it has never been back – thank
goodness! I can only assume it was because I was in the presence of God and it
fled. What more proof do we need of Jesus saving us!! Jesus said, "For
where two or three come together in my name, there I am with them" –
(Mathew 18:20). There was a whole congregation there singing to him! There was
definitely something in the church that day which got rid of this spirit. That
is absolutely AMAZING! Spirits flee in his presence! IT HAS HAPPENED. AMAZING!
I now realise what was beginning to happen
to me, and how much worse it could have been, and I realise there are also
people who have been into the Occult who have experienced far worse than I did.
I just had the one spirit; other people have had a horrendous time with more
than one. If it had been around any longer, I dare say our house would have
become haunted, and heaven knows what it would have made me do. People who are
into any form of Occult practices and think it is safe are nice, well meaning
people, but don’t know they are deceived victims of Satan. You think you are
fine, that there’s nothing to worry about . . . . until you try to turn away
from it. Then Satan’s demons will show their true colours, start to harass you
and try to keep a hold on your soul. These spirits are demonic, and want to
destroy your life. It is not just the truth for me, I am not just one person
who has had bad experiences, it is the truth for everyone. Anyone who becomes
involved in Occult practices WILL have supernatural encounters. You called them
up! You’ve called Satan! He will come. It shows how spirit entities have the
ability to reveal or conceal themselves, to whoever they choose, wherever they
choose, whatever you’re doing, whoever you’re with, at whatever time they
choose. It is dangerous!
I knew Christianity was what I’d been
looking for all my life. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the
life", this struck a chord with me instantly, how fantastic! I am now a
member of a Methodist and attend a Pentecostal Church. I have absolutely no
doubt whatsoever of the existence of God and totally accept our Lord Jesus
Christ as our only hope and deliverer from demonic spirits. I renounced my
involvement with the Occult with a Vicar from the Church of England who is an
Exorcist. Knelt before the cross, I was anointed with Holy oil blessed by the
Archbishop. People laid hands on me and prayed as I read aloud my renouncement.
God has proved to me he exists, that he is
more powerful than evil and that evil spirits flee from him. I have felt the
pure, perfect love of God – even before I became a Christian. God is an
absolutely pure, powerful, beautiful love which totally wipes out all worries,
fears and anxieties. I want nothing but God in every part of my life, to devote
my life to God, I live every second of every day for him, and always will. God
is the protector of souls. Praising him here glorifies him in the heavenly

Oppression is the state, or process of
being tempted spiritually
with a sense of being weighed down
physically and psychologically.
It is an attack against us, from the
outside, with sickness, trials,
persecution, poverty, etc. It can also be
caused by occult objects and curses.
Symptoms:
Frequent depression, continual nightmares, insomnia,
afraid to go to
sleep – experience a ‘presence’ in the
room, strong anxiety, self-mutilation,
addictions (alcohol – drugs), and physical
illness, and weariness.
Anger or indifference towards God; a loss
of passion to worship and in prayer.
Loss of interest in reading the Bible and

Tormenting the mind is obsession, whether
done with the awareness of the person obsessed or lack of awareness. It is a
voluntary or involuntary doorway that has been opened in the
mind. Theperson is still in control but suffers on many different physical
and emotional levels. Obsession is when the demons catch hold of a mind, to
make it
listen to the words and suggestions of
evil.
Symptoms:
Confusion of reasoning, hopelessness,
reclusiveness or extreme isolation (either real or isolated in feelings);
insomnia; nightmares depression (severe); voices and being talked
to by voices that suggest very vulgar or
disgusting acts; thoughts of or attempts at suicide
or to hurt oneself or others; the demons
will try and reveal themselves by trying to make
you afraid at night. Uncontrollable
urges to see pornography or lustful thoughts or
abnormal sexual stimulation during prayer; an
“out of character” sudden attacks of
obsessive thoughts. These can be of an
ongoing and even absurd nature. There is an
added inability to be freed from
these thoughts which range from desperation to suicide.

Possession is the act or state of being
dominated or possessed by an extra-ordinary influence. Demonic possession
happens when a demon tries to take control of the will. Demon(s) gain access
not only to the body but also aspects of thinking & the will. They move
into the soul but cannot control the soul, it is mainly an effect on the body,
but the will is degraded to a significant degree. Some possessed people can
function, but have many problems. Others who are severely possessed cannot
function well at all. For example, they would not be able to drive a car, or
take care of their personal hygiene needs, etc. Scripture and experience
teaches us that there are various degrees within possession. With “Complete
Possession”, a person’s will has been submerged and is no longer able to
resist. This is also called “Total Possession” which is extremely rare.
There are two basic categories of
possession: Voluntary or involuntary possession.
Voluntary or willing possession (Diabolical subjugation) means that a person may desire to be taken over by demonic powers (as making a blood pack with the devil or being consecrated to Satan) or in order to conduct séances, pronounce curses, initiation into a Satanic cult, or secure some other supernatural power.
Involuntary or unwilling possession means that an individual does not ask to be possessed, but through occult associations, as being consecrated to Satan as a child by the parents. In ancient Babylon, temple prostitutes were used as conduits by which demons and evil spirits were passed on to unsuspecting clients. Demonic possession by demons occurs mostly among non-believers and pseudo believers, who are subject to the control by the kingdom of darkness. For the truth is, outright demonic possession is rare, and that is what the formal Rite of Exorcism is meant to address. When Jesus dwells in us, the demons cannot move in. The Saints could be oppressed, obsessed but never demon possessed.
A demon cannot "roommate" with Jesus. We cast out demons, so that the person, having the demons cast out, can accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. If the person does not accept Jesus, the Bible warns us, that later the demons or their friends will move in sevenfold back into the person. Matthew 12: 43-45 “When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation.”. We need to present Jesus to them, so they can choose Him, be baptized and receive the infilling or release of the Holy Spirit and start a new life as a child of the King in the Kingdom of God.
Voluntary or willing possession (Diabolical subjugation) means that a person may desire to be taken over by demonic powers (as making a blood pack with the devil or being consecrated to Satan) or in order to conduct séances, pronounce curses, initiation into a Satanic cult, or secure some other supernatural power.
Involuntary or unwilling possession means that an individual does not ask to be possessed, but through occult associations, as being consecrated to Satan as a child by the parents. In ancient Babylon, temple prostitutes were used as conduits by which demons and evil spirits were passed on to unsuspecting clients. Infestation
Infestation is a phenomenon by which a
demonic spirit possesses a place, things or animals. (Infestation of people:
refer to voluntary possession). Infestation of a house can take place when
spiritism, satanic rites, Santeria (voodoo) or other forms of esoteric
activities have been practiced continuously in that house. Occult objects
such as idols used in occult worship, books or charms, can also give
authority for demon activity. When the devil possesses a place, he can move
things at will or provoke noises or odors. These types of phenomena are not
produced by unknown spirits, but rather by demons. This can be proven by the
fact that with prayer, all cases can disappear.
What the Bible Says about Ghosts

A. Seeking out Ghosts
We begin this discussion with an
examination of some of the verses of Scripture that give us clues on this
subject.
We must first say that Scripture does not
have much to say about this and certainly God has made it clear that this is an
area we are not to seek out:
*Lev. 19:31 tells us to not turn to
mediums or to seek out spiritists.
*Lev. 20:6, 27 equates the seeking out
of mediums with prostitution (doing so is an act of infidelity to God that is
not just adultery, but involves a prurient interest in the occult things
equating it with prostitution — a medium also is “hired” which is also an image
of prostitution).
*Deut. 18:10-11 Gives a whole list of
prohibitions involving the occult and spirit world.
Whatever Ghosts are or are not, it is clear
that we are not to seek them out in any way.
B. What do We Know About Ghosts?
1. Composition of Ghosts
*What are ghosts composed of? Well, we
have a little hint of that in Luke 24:39 where the Resurrected Jesus
is mistaken for a ghost. Jesus says “a ghost does not have flesh and bones”.
Thus, we can know that whatever ghosts are, they
are spiritual beings without flesh and bones.
2. Ghostly Visitations during Sleep
*Is there an example of a ghostly
visitation during sleep? Job 4:15 “A spirit glided by my face and the
hair on my body stood on end”
This “spirit” was most probably an angel,
but it does give us a clue of the human experience of meeting a spiritual
entity and that such entities can and do come to us in that vulnerable time of
twilight and dreams. This account is very close to the common experience many
have of which can be described in technical jargon as a cataleptic somnambulism with
a sensed or visual phantasmic perception.
Also, in 2 Maccabees 15:12-16 is
a passage about a dream (vision) of the Jewish leader Maccabeus. In this dream
the ghosts of the high priest Onias and the great prophet Jeremiah appeared to
him and encouraged him concerning the battle to come.
Maccabeus told this dream to his men which
encouraged his men greatly. Maccabeus and his men afterward defeated
blasphemous Nicanor and his men who thought to destroy the Jewish people.
3. Human spirits in Ghostly Form?
*Can a spirit of a human being be
transported? We know from accounts of Padre Pio that bi-location is
possible, but those are yet unverified — But, what about in Scripture. Well,
there are a couple of verses that indicate this. One is in Rev. 21:10 (17:3) where
John was “carried away in the spirit”. But the most direct notion of this
is in 2 Corinthians 12:2 “I know a man in Christ who fourteen years
ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the
body I do not know — God knows.”
From this we know it is possible for man’
spirit to be apart from even his living body at God’s discretion. In the occult
world this is called Astral Projection.
*Can a person’s body be transported
spiritually? Acts 8:39, after Philip was miraculously running up along the
chariot of the Ethiopian, and after Philip baptized him, Philip then
disappeared. “When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord
suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again...”
This episode appears to be a bodily
transport in the spirit, but I suppose it could also be a corporeal bi-location
too. Who knows?
4. Other examples of ghostly visitations
*1 Samuel 28 The Witch of Endor. In
this story Saul goes to a medium asking her to contact the dead Samuel. She
apparently succeeds and Saul talks with Samuel and Samuel prophecies. The
Scripture specifically states that “Samuel said”. There is no indication
at all that this was a demonic impostor.
*Sirach 46:20. Again Samuel prophecies from
the grave.
*The Transfiguration Matt 17:2 Moses
and Elijah appear with Jesus to Peter, James, and John
*The Rich Man and Lazarus Luke
16:19-31 In verse 25 Abraham says that there is a great chasm
between him and the Rich Man that cannot be crossed. This is not talking about
a chasm between the earth and hell; it is a chasm between Abraham’s bosom
(which, in principle can be likened to heaven), and that of hell. Those in hell
cannot come to the place of the saved, and the saved cannot reach down with
compassion to those who are lost. It is in the next request from the Rich Man
that we have a possible clue. The Rich Man wants Lazarus to go to his brothers
to warn them of hell. Abraham says that there is no point in doing so. v.31 “If
they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even
if someone rises from the dead”.
This passage implies the possibility of at
least Lazarus being able to go to the living (it implies the Rich Man in hell
cannot), but Abraham refuses the request not because it is impossible to do so,
but because there is no point in doing so.
C. Conclusion *So what do we
have?
We know that ghosts do not have flesh and
bones. (Luke 24:39)
We know that the dead can communicate with
the living. (1 Sam 28; Sirach 46:20)
We know that at least in some context
allowed by God, the dead can be conjured in some fashion. (1 Sam 28)
We know that it is possible for the dead to
appear on the earth (Matt 72; 1 Sam 28)
We know that is may be possible for the
dead to not only appear on the earth, but appear to people and talk with them (Luke
16:27-31; 1 Sam 28)
We know that it is possible for the living
to bi-locate (Rev. 17:3; 21:10; 2 Cor 12:2)
We know that it is possible for spirits to
communicate in dreams and the person to have a bodily reaction to the
visitation (Job 4:15)
Symptoms of Possible Bondage
When the illness gets worse:
Deliverance can be just like pouring
antiseptic on an open wound; it will be painful for a short timeand then
the pain will leave. (Ex. Petra and the screaming lady)
After one is healed, it can be that the next
day is very painful. (Ex. When someone is healed who has never walked much,
then the muscles can become very painful etc..)
Just before the demon comes out: The person
gets worse until finally the healing comes. The client may feel he
can take no more; but often that is what the demon feels, put onto the
client. Client may fail to turn up as a result. Demons may also cause
physical and psychological illness which needs medical treatment afterwards.

Sometimes when the Holy Spirit heals – He
can shake up our body and soul – it is like pulling out a deep root. Sometimes
there is pain, sometimes He brings a big change in our lives. Sometimes it
will seem that our situation or illness is getting worse. This is the battle
with the devil who will hold on to the person. He will try and imitate the sick
feelings or pain to try and retake the lost territory – he will try and break
the new found faith and trust.
An example: If you would wake up one
morning and find someone in your home – you take authority and send the person
away. But then, the next morning his is in your house again! Why?Because
when you send someone out of your house you always need to lock the door! You
need to break the bonds. Just like a computer malware virus will keep
track of you IP address and keep a connection open with your computer until you
break it with an anti-virus program. “I break thisbondage in the Name of
Jesus!” Indeed, the demons may (and more than likely will) try to return.
Scripture speaks of what demons do once they are cast out:
Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a
man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it.
Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came’; and when it comes,
it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and takes along
with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live
there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. (Matthew
12: 43-45).
Do not leave your house
(heart) “unoccupied, swept and put in order”; rather be filled with the
Holy Spirit.
We can never let down our guard. As a final
instruction, remember the teaching of Paul in Ephesians 6:10-18: We do not
go about our day without putting on our clothes. Do not go into the world with
the spiritual cloths of God's armor.[9]
After a person receives a healing or
deliverance and the exact symptom returns, it is always demonic.
The person needs to command the pain to leave in Jesus’ Name! (Witness of Rob
from whiplash pain returning).
· Demons
will do everything to convince you that you are ill for some other reason. You
need to persevere, if necessary for years. Blessings have the effect God wants,
and that depends more on the will of the patient than on the exorcisms
themselves.
· Demons
want you to believe that God is not capable of freeing you, and that He is not
with you.
Good idea to have backup prayer group
during exorcism.
It is hard sometimes to distinguish
between deliverance and healing, except that drugs haveno effect on
spiritual ills. Demonic interference can however cause psychiatric illness
which needs conventional treatment. (From the book: “An Exorcist Tells His

A reason for delayed deliverance is
that “hooks” may be present in a person's life that need to be
removed before deliverance can be completed. “Hooks” are various behaviors
and circumstances, attitudes and ideas, or emotional attachments that allow
demons to “hang on” to a person's life.
Some examples of these hooks include, but
are not limited to...
Behaviors or Circumstances: involvement
in astrology or the occult, the New Age, membership in heterodox or heretical
groups, sexual sins (fornication, masturbation, adultery, pornography,
homosexual sin, “living together without marriage”), other sinful lifestyles,
maintaining friendships that are harmful.
Attitudes and Ideas: rebelliousness or
a spirit of disobedience against some Church teaching, holding heterodox[10] or
heretical viewpoints, pride, prejudice against certain people, gossip,
selfishness, un-charity, lack of compassion or love toward others.
Emotional Attachments: this area is
perhaps the most common “hook”, after that of sexual sins[11] and
pride— unforgiveness, bitterness, hatred, hopelessness, despair.
Deliverance is rarely possible, or unlikely
to be permanent, if any of these or any number of other “hooks” remain in our
lives. To find freedom, we must locate and remove all the “hooks”. Any
“hook” in our life can be the excuse the demons use to hang on to us.
Searching for “hooks” in our lives can be
very difficult both to recognize them and to overcome them. It can also be
emotionally painful, but it is critically needed if we are to find freedom and
healing. A Deliverance Counselor can be very helpful, and sometimes
critically necessary, to assist a person in finding and ridding themselves of
these “hooks”. (Seeing that we have beenbelieving a lie)
Where is my focus? Mostly on myself.
Doing my own will without Jesus.
I could be focusing on good things – but it
is still focusing on myself. The yeast of the Pharisees(Mark 8:15) And the
yeast of Herod. In other words: the yeast of the law and the yeast of politics.
Following religious laws that bring us guilt and anxiety and politics that we
go along with the world culture and norms worrying about what others think
about my actions.
Experiences:
Uncontrollable desires
Hearing voices or sounds
Hearing a swishing sound
Seeing red eyes all around you
Unexplainable pains in stomach [many on right side (liver)] or head
aches
Pains that go away when prayed over and
then come back again.
Extreme cold on the spot where you laid
your hands on when praying over the person
The pain moves from one place to another
when prayed over
Yearlong pain in stomach was gone when
prayed over for Reiki spirit to leave
Demons tend to attack a person at 5 points:
Health - can cause physical and
psychological illness. Some are transitory, especially in head and stomach; can
include lumps, cuts, bruises; make sign of cross and sprinkle with holy waters.
Cysts and tumours can also go with exorcism.
Relationships - arguments, broken
relationships between people who love each other, inability to form lasting
relationships with members of opposite sex.
Work - inability to find or keep a
job; business failure for no apparent reason
Joie de vivre (Carefree enjoyment of
life) - depression
Desire to die - desperation, suicide;
can always be overcome if person places self under protection of church; one
prayer sufficient.
Resentment towards God and others in
our life is also an open door for evil to come in. Physical sickness
can be the consequence of a bitter spirit or by letting ourselves be dominated
by discouragement.
To some, sickness can be a way of life. It
can even be a way to get attention or sympathy. In the state of emotional
sadness, a very hurt feeling, some will find a familiar friend from the past
with whom to share in a false comfort only to distract the focus from dealing
with the situation and turning to God for help. By focusing on God, you put Him
above the situation resulting in a release of His grace and peace.
Living in fear and anxiety can be one of
the greatest causes of sickness. It is no wonder that Jesus has given us
His gift of peace and encouragement in the Scriptures:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but “in” * every
situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to
God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your
hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 (* In every
situation give thanks not for every situation give thanks)
Oppression: Normal attack from outside –
as sickness and disease, persecutions, trials, poverty, etc. But more
extreme oppression examples: a non-baptized person not active in his
or her faith would be very weak; whereas contrastingly, a baptized individual
active in their faith and regularly receiving the Sacraments would be extremely
well fortified. Some signs and symptoms include (but are not limited to):
things happening around them such as objects being moved (apportation);
severe and repeated temptation; shadow figures being seen; offensive odors
that are not naturally caused; inciting of fear, anxiety, worry and panic;
children or pets may see or hear things; knocking or rapping—especially in
numbers of three; hearing one’s name being called; etc.
Obsession: A voluntary or involuntary doorway that
has been opened in the mind. The person is still in control but
suffers on many different physical and emotional levels. Some symptoms of
obsession can be: confusion of reasoning. hopelessness, reclusiveness or
extreme isolation (either real or isolated in feelings); insomnia; nightmares
depression (severe); voices and being talked to by voices that suggest very
lewd or disgusting acts; thoughts of or attempts at suicide or to hurt oneself
or others; obsessive sexual or lewd thoughts or desires, and so forth. The
demons will try and reveal themselves by trying to make you afraid at
night. Obsession needs deliverance.
Possession: demon(s) gain
access not only to the body but also aspects of thinking & the will.
They move into the soul but cannot control the soul, it is mainly an effect on
the body, but thewill is degraded to a significant degree. Some
possessed people can function, but have many problems. Others who are severely
possessed cannot function well at all. For example, they would not be able to
drive a car, or take care of their personal hygiene needs, etc. Scripture and
experience teaches us that there are various degrees within possession.
With “Complete Possession”, a person’s will has been submerged and is no
longer able to resist. This is also called “Total
Possession.” There are two basic categories of possession: 1)
Involuntary Possession; 2) Voluntary Possession. Involuntary possession
means that the person afflicted was not overtly asking for the Devil or a demon
to possess him or her. This is indeed the case, however, with Voluntary
Possession; known as Diabolic Subjugation or Dependence.
Possession is not contagious, either for
the family, nor for those present at the exorcism, nor for the place in which
it carried out. Hardened sin or swearing is much more dangerous.
Sometimes one blessing a week is necessary
for several months or longer. Danger they get discouraged and give up.
Domestic animals seem to be sensitive to
demonic presences in house.
Effects of the exorcism:
If demonic activity is present they
will always notice an improvement. If there is no activityduring the
prayer time and no noticeable benefit afterwards then the demonic is
probably not involved.
Demonic may emerge only gradually, and
improvement will not come till the full effects have been manifested.
Collaboration of patient is fundamental to
success; attributes 90% to patient, only 10% to exorcist. Need for patient
to pursue Christian life, especially prayer.
Obstacles to healing:
Irregular matrimonial situation, failure to
forgive, failure to be reconciled.
The New Testament clearly distinguishes
between the ill and the demonised.
Worst cases are those who have had a spell
placed on them.
Most often affected are young people; it
often turns out when older people are involved that the demonic interference
goes back to childhood or even before birth.
He thinks one of the reasons God permits
demonic interference is because it acts as a stimulus to Christian life.
During exorcism, do whatever produces the
biggest reaction from the demon - sprinkle with holy water, blow at it (in
use since patristic times), use music or incense. Demons are
sensitive to sight as a Crucifix and the Word of God..
Where to send the demons: - to
the foot of the cross, to receive their destination from Christ.
Water
Benefits: forgiveness of sin, defence
against devil, gift of divine protection. Prayer over the water adds other
effects - power to chase demons away
Oil
Dis-empowers demons; renders their attacks
useless.
Salt
Protects places from demonic presence or
influence. Scatter it on threshold and 4 corners of room.
For houses can also burn incense which has
been blessed; has always been regarded effective against evil spirits as well
as an element of praise and adoration to God.
If clothes are sprinkled with blessed
water; demonised person will rip them off.
Witchcraft
Is an attempt to harm another person
through the intermediary of the devil.
Spells and black magic are ways of doing
it.
Black magic, witchcraft, satanic rites
Curses; commonest are curses placed by
parents/grandparents on children
Evil eye: (Vaskania [Greek Orthodox])
Vaskania is simply a phenomenon that was
accepted by primitive people as fact. They believed that certain people have
such powerful feelings of jealousy and envy, that when they looked on some
beautiful object or individual it brought destruction. Vaskania is
recognized by the Church as the jealousy and envy of some people for
things they do not possess, such as beauty, youth, courage or any other
blessing. The Church essentially rejected Vaskania as contradicting the
concept of divine providence. The prayers of the Church to avert the evil eye
are, however, a silent recognition of this phenomenon as a morbid feeling of
envy. The Church forbids people to go to "readers" or other
individuals for use of magical rituals to overcome the evil eye. These readers
take advantage of the weakness of superstitious people and destroy them
spiritually and financially by playing upon their imagination.
There is also a secret rite performed by
superstitious people to avert the evil eye, which verges on magic. Though
the Church encourages even the laity to pray and exorcise evil,
it rejects magical practices and rites. This secret rite is described as
follows: "The exorcist (not a priest but an old woman) prepares a vial of
olive oil and a small glass of water. She dips a finger in the oil, rubs
it in a sign of the cross on the victim's forehead and lets one drop fall onto
the water; she repeats the process, making a cross on the forehead, on the chin
and both cheeks. If the devil is indeed present, the four drops of oil in
the water join to form the ellipsoid shape of an eye. The ritual then calls for
the reading of prayers and repeating the four signs of the Cross; the drops of
oil will not join in the water, but will disperse."
Spells – common:
Direct (they eat or drink something
prepared with a curse) or indirect (curses placed on possessions,
photos, images). Produces vexation[12] or
possession.
[Think the level of pre-Christian pagan
superstitions and practices probably higher in Italy than here].
More on magic
2 types: imitative and contagious. First
uses ex. dolls to represent the person; second based on physical contact, and
uses something belonging to the person. Strongest witchcraft in his
experience is from Brazil and Africa, and based on magic and contact with
spirits.
Who can dismiss demons?
Jesus gave power to dismiss demons to
all those who believe in him and act in the power of his Name. These are
prayers of liberation, or private prayers. Exorcists are appointed to use
specific sacramentals and to act as representatives of the Church.

Understanding Bondage
The power of your thoughts - Where
many strongholds begin
The enemy loves to put thoughts into the
believer's mind. Those thoughts (if meditated on), produce strongholds, which
produces feelings, which lands you into bondage... all because you listened to
the devil more than your heavenly Father! I am going to use a common stronghold
here in this teaching as an example... an incorrect perception of who you are
in Christ. There are many other strongholds out there, but this teaching will
give you a general idea of how many strongholds are formed.
How it works
Two voices are speaking: The enemy
likes to come along and tell you, "Look at that sin you did 5 years ago!
That was so bad! You are such a failure!" But Jesus, through God's Word,
tries to tell you that if you turn to Him, you will be forgiven (1 John 1:9),
and your past will be forgotten: Isaiah 43:25, " "I--yes, I
alone--will blot out your sins for my own sake and will never think of them
again."
You are faced with a choice: You can
either listen to the enemy's lie that you are a failure, or you can listen to
God's Word that tells you that your past has been washed away and you are a new
creature in Christ! 2 Corinthians 5:17, "This means that anyone who
belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has
begun!"
Whichever voice you listen to will crowd
the other one out: If you have two dogs who fight all the time, and you
can only afford to feed one of them, how do you know which one will win? The
one you feed! The same is true in the spiritual realm. The more you listen to
The enemy's lies and deception, the more he will build strongholds in your
mind, and the more strongholds that go up, the harder it will be to hear God's
voice. The other side of the coin is true too... the more you feast yourself on
the truth in God's Word, the more it tears down strongholds and makes it harder
for the enemy's voice to penetrate your system. (The 2 wolfs fighting
inside you. Which one will win? The one you feed.)
If you listen to The enemy's lies that
you are a failure, he will continue to feed you that lie, and it will grow into
a stronghold (a lie that is believed, or an incorrect thinking pattern). Your
feelings are quite often a direct result of your thoughts. If you think you are
a failure, you will feel like one.
If you listen to your heaven Father, who is
speaking truth to you through His Word, you will begin to tear down the
strongholds in your life. When you meditate on the truth in God's Word, it will
become part of you, and before long, you will be feeling different, simply
because you are exchanging lies of the devil for the truth in God's Word. When
you believe that your sins are forgiven, you can then allow your conscience to
be cleansed from dead works by the blood of Jesus: Hebrews 9:14, " Just
think how much more the blood of Christ will purify our consciences from sinful
deeds so that we can worship the living God. For by the power of the eternal
Spirit, Christ offered himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins."
A practical example
Let me show you how many believers end up
feeling like losers... guilt-ridden by their pasts. It all starts with a simple
voice of condemnation from the enemy. The enemy, through his network of evil
spirits (that's how the devil speaks to people, since The enemy can't be
everywhere at once), injects thoughts into their mind that remind them of their
past and their failures. They begin to listen to his voice and agree with it.
They did sin, and they failed. But instead of looking at the solution, which is
repentance and the blood of Jesus (which washes away sin), they continue to
listen to the enemy who keeps reminding them of their past. As they continue to
do this, stronghold(s) are formed. A stronghold is an incorrect thinking
pattern based on lies and formed in deception. Once a stronghold is in place,
the person naturally thinks of their past instead of focusing on the fact that
their past has been forgiven and wiped away. They believe they are a failure
instead of believing the truth in God's Word, which tells them that they have
been forgiven, washed clean, and even God Himself has chosen to forget their
dirty past! So instead of feeling like a child of God who was washed clean in
the blood of Jesus, they feel unworthy, guilty and consider them self a loser.
What a shame for a child of God to feel that way!
Your thoughts can affect how you feel
When you believe something, it will affect
your feelings. When you believe you are a failure, you will feel like one. When
you believe you are a forgiven saint, you will feel like one. (I’m a saint who
sometimes sins).
Three Stages of Bondage
There are three stages of bondage in the
believer that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend attacking stage one
first, then stage two, and then if there are still bondages left, proceed to
stage three. Even if you need deliverance from level three bondages, attacking
the first two stages will prepare you for a successful and lasting deliverance
from stage three bondages. If you try to attack stage three without getting
stage one and two dealt with, you could be in for an unsuccessful and
disappointing deliverance session that takes you nowhere. The enemy can often
use stage one and two bondages to fuel his ability to hang a stage three
bondage over you. Stage one gets your facts and beliefs strait, stage
two cuts off any legal rights the enemy has on you, and stage three is
the work of casting him out.
Before I begin I want to make a point very
clear, this is only a brief look into the basics of how these three bondages
work and how to be freed from them. I highly recommend further reading in some
of the books I have recommended at the end of each section. Especially before
attempting the stage three of deliverance! Deliverances can be scary, and
dangerous if you go into one without knowing what you are doing, or having
God's hand guiding you, and therefore I highly recommend reading at least a
couple good solid books on deliverance before attempting to cast out demons,
unless you know the Holy Spirit is leading you through the whole process.
Stage One: Ignorance, strong holds and
deception
The first stage of bondage is caused by
ignorance, strong holds, and the enemy's greatest weapon in this stage is
deception. Understanding a correct picture of who God is, and who we are in
Christ will dissolve a lot of cases involving stage one bondages.
The primary weapon of the devil to put a
person into stage one bondage is deception. It is extremely common and there
isn't a person alive who hasn't been deceived in one way or another. If you
keep in God's Word, which you use to pull down strong holds, Jesus said that
you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Stage one bondages
are caused by deception and lies from the devil, so the way to combat them
is with the truth, which is found in God's Word. God also says that, "My
people are destroyed by lack of knowledge." Ignorance is a nasty disease
that we need to defeat!
The process of deliverance often consists
of three main parts: Tearing down strongholds, removing legal rights and
then casting out the remaining demons. If you try to cast out demons without
taking away the strongholds or legal rights that they are holding onto, then
you can't really expect to achieve a complete successful deliverance. Removing
these two blockages is vital in going about a complete and successful
deliverance.
What is a stronghold?
A stronghold is a faulty thinking pattern
based on lies and deception. Deception is one of the primary weapons of the
devil, because it is the building blocks for a stronghold. What strongholds can
do is cause us to think in ways which block us from God's best. For example, if
you think you have to confess all your sins to everybody you've ever wronged,
you'll feel just awful and guilty until you do all that, and even then, you'll
probably feel guilty, because you probably forgot many people that you didn't
confess your sins to. All unnecessary, and a waste of time, all because you
were deceived and thought that you had to do something that you really didn't
have to do.
Two very destructive and common strongholds
The first one, where you see God
incorrectly: One of the most popular and devastating strongholds to have,
is an incorrect image in your mind of who God is, and how He sees us. People
who see God as a taskmaster, live their lives with an unhealthy fear of God.
There's a good kind of fear of God, which is more like a holy respect for Him,
but there's another kind of fear that is very unhealthy that the enemy wants us
to have, and it's the kind of fear where we see God as a taskmaster, cruel,
cold, distant, uncaring and would snap the whip at us the moment we step out of
line. People who are afraid they've committed the unpardonable sin are
almost guaranteed to have this stronghold. People who find it hard to feel
God's love and presence, often have this stronghold too. If you feel God is
distant and cold, or question if God loves you, then you need to get this
stronghold torn down.
One awesome book that will help you break
down this stronghold is Blessed Beyond Measure by Gloria Copeland. It talks
about the goodness of God, and it's impossible to read that book and be the
same person when your done seeing the love and goodness that God wants to bless
us with!
The second one, where you see yourself
incorrectly: People who suffer from this have a hard time seeing the new
person that they are now in Christ Jesus, and often suffer from low
self-esteem. They don't understand what Christ did for them, and how it applies
to their own life. Common symptoms of this stronghold are guilt feelings (questioning
if you've really been forgiven of your sin(s)), low spiritual esteem (they feel
like sinners, not saints), they lack spiritual confidence that we are supposed
to have in Christ Jesus, they may still struggle with sin (Jesus said that if
you keep in His Word, which tears down strongholds, you will be free from the
power sin has over you - John 8:31-34), and overall you don't feel 'worthy'
spiritually and lack the joy of the Lord in your life. If you even remotely
struggle with this stronghold, the teaching Forgiven
sinner or saint? is an absolute must-read!
One of the best books I've seen for tearing
down this stronghold is Victory over Darkness by Neil T. Anderson. It will
teach you of the new person you are now in Christ Jesus, and help you be
victorious over the darkness through an understanding of your identity in
Christ.
2 Corinthians 10:4, "We use God's
mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human
reasoning and to destroy false arguments.."
Strongholds are birthed and dwell in
deception (which are lies and false beliefs), so naturally the cure is to bring
the truth in God's Word on the scene. You debunk the lies of the enemy, with
the truth, which is in the Word of God! The Bible says that our weapons are
mighty for the tearing down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4, "We use
God's mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of
human reasoning and to destroy false arguments."). What is our primary
offensive weapon? The sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians
6:17, "...the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."). Truth
dispels deception and lies, and therefore the more truth you bring into a
situation, the more the darkness must flee. This is where it's important to
grow in God's Word, is because it is your primary weapon for tearing down the
strongholds of deception that the enemy has been feeding you.
In John 8:31-36, Jesus tells us that we can
be held in bondage due to strongholds in our lives. And His solution was to,
"continue in my word... and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall
make you free." (v. 32-32) Strongholds are torn down as we meditate on
God's Word, which is truth!
Legalism verses the law of grace: This
is a vital thing you need to understand; it's the law of grace. Many Christians
feel they must go to church every Sunday, and keep a list of laws in order for
God to accept and love them. This is not true, God has already accepted you
just as you are, and He loved you so much while you were a sinner, that He sent
His son to die for your sins! Our good deeds should be a result of our love for
God. Scripture says that we have died to the law, and are no longer subject to
it. We are under a new law now. It's a law of grace, and it's worked out
through love. When we realize the love God has for us, and the hate that God
has for wrong, we not only stop sinning, but develop a hatred against that sin.
This breaks the power of sin in our lives. It's not a question of doing right,
but a question of why you are doing right. Are you doing it because you feel
obligated and are trying to earn favor with God? Then you have fallen from the
law of grace and into legalism. The reason we are to do what is right should
come out of our love for God and as we realize His love for us, we will
naturally become more like Him and do what's right because we want to, not
because we feel obligated to.
Your sins are forgiven: If you aren't
sure your sins are forgiven, you will be experiencing guilt, and a feeling of
unworthiness to live in victory. The enemy moves right in on this weakness and
fault in your belief system, and uses it against you. Guilt gives the enemy
room to move in and make you feel worthless, and therefore he keeps you
fighting from a defeated position. You must know that your sins are forgiven so
the enemy won't hang guilt over your head! Look at Luke 7:47, where Jesus
forgave that woman who lived a very sinful life, with no strings attached! Also
look at other stories where Jesus said "Your sins are forgiven" with
no strings attached. And Paul is another great example of how he was moved from
a sinful lifestyle right into the kingdom of God without any strings or
conditions attached!

Stage Two: Legal rights are involved
Stage two bondages have a root and that
root could be unforgiveness in a person's heart, un-repented sins in that
person's life (things they are hiding that they know is wrong), ties which need
to be broken (cursed objects, soul ties, etc.) and things which may need to be
renounced (vows made with The enemy, spirit guides/demons that a person has
welcomed into themselves, etc.). The goal of addressing stage two bondages is
to break yourself off from any legal grounds that the enemy has gained in your
life. This list is not a complete and detailed list, but it's goal is to give
you an idea of some of the things which can give legal grounds to the enemy in
our lives.
What are legal rights?
A legal right is something that can give
demons an opportunity to enter or harass us, or gives them the right to remain
in us even when we try to cast them out. Some of the most common legal rights
that are faced when ministering deliverance are:
Sins (especially willful sins): When
we commit sin, it gives the enemy a legal right to affect or bother us in one
way or another. The deeper the sin, the bigger the door that is opened to the
devil. When a person allows unholy thoughts to enter their mind, it can open
the door to a demon of lust, which eventually causes the person to commit
adultery and the matter is compounded. It starts when the enemy tempts us to
think the wrong thing, then when we accept it and make it a habit, it opens the
door for the enemy to move in further, then behind the bad habit which can be
formed, lies a demonic compulsion that isn't easily resisted. If the person
continues down this path, he continues to open more doors to the enemy, and
eventually that person finds himself committing adultery, rape, etc. because
the feelings and desires the demons push on that person are irresistible. Once
he commits those sins, mega doors are then opened, and the problem is like a
snowball going down the hill. Sin opens the door to demons, which push us in
the direction to more sins, which open us wider to more demons, etc.
The remedy? Repentance! Verbally confess
and repent of your sins that have given the enemy legal rights in your life. If
you recognize a particular sin or sins that has opened the door to the bondage
you are seeking deliverance from, it helps to specifically repent of that sin.
Any larger or gross sins you can remember are always good to repent of
specifically.
1 John 1:9 tells us to confess our
sins. If we don't confess our sins and instead we hide them from God, it leaves
that sin remaining in our lives. We need to confess our sins in order to be
forgiven.
Soul ties: It is possible for two
persons to share spiritual ties (like spiritual bridges that connect the two
persons). Some of the most popular and destructive soul ties are formed during
an adultery or fornication. 1 Corinthians 6:16 warns us not to have
sexual relations with a prostitute because we become one flesh (flesh as in
soul realm kind of flesh, not a physical flesh) with that person. This ungodly
soul tie is like a rope between two persons that demons can use to their
advantage to cross from one person to another. If that person had demons
tormenting them, and you had sex with them, it unites the two persons, and
therefore a soul tie is created, and the demons tormenting that person can also
have rights to torment you. This does not apply to married couples, because
there is no unhealthy soul tie created from sex within marriage. The Bible says
that the marriage bed is un-defiled, and defilement is required to create an
evil soul tie.
The remedy? Repentance, renunciation
and breaking of soul ties! First, specifically repent of the sin which caused
the soul tie to be formed in the first place. Then you can use your authority
in Jesus to break and sever the unholy soul tie. Saying something like this
should do the job,
"I now renounce, break and sever all
unholy soul ties created between myself and _____ through the act of adultery
in Jesus' name!"
There can also be soul ties between
yourself and another person, without any sexual relationship involved. Sexual
relationships are one of the best way to create a very strong soul tie, but
it's not the only way. Other soul ties can be created through unhealthy
relationships, such as being so close to a parent that you take their advice
over God's advice. Again, repentance and the breaking of the soul ties in
Jesus' name is the way to go about solving this problem.
Another thing that could hold back the
breaking of a soul tie, is a physical object given to you from
the other person, through a sinful relationship. If you were given a ring, or
bra or a love gift through an adulterous relationship, for example, then those
gift(s) can hold the soul tie together. If the gift is valuable, and not necessarily
bad in itself, then it's best to sell the gift. If the gift is demonic or
unholy, then it's best to throw away the gift.
Demonic vows: A demonic vow can be
like a spiritual signature that the enemy uses as a legal right to gain access
into our lives. Demonic vows can be made consciously or unconsciously. Often
when a person joins a cult coven (a group of witches), they are required to
make vows with the devil. Demonic vows can be made unconsciously just by
dabbling with the occult. Just by getting curious about the occult and reading
forbidden materials (including horoscopes) can give the enemy your spiritual
signature; it tells the enemy know that your interested. Jesus warns us not to
make any vows at all. The only vows I can see are practical and good are those
made during a marriage ceremony.
The remedy? But if we have made vows that
do not glorify God, then we should repent and renounce those vows verbally and
seek God's forgiveness. Do this verbally, because vows are made verbally,
breaking them is also done verbally.
Unforgiveness: When we don't forgive
others, God won't forgive us. When God doesn't forgive us, it leaves our sins
remaining, which can give the enemy legal rights into our lives. Read Matthew
18:23-35, and keep in mind that the tormenters they are referring to, are
demons. The legal ground the enemy may be standing on to torment you may very
well be rooted in unforgiveness! I've heard that the single most common reason
that people aren't healed, is because they are holding unforgiveness in their
hearts, and I believe it! Forgiveness is not an option; it's a necessity! See

of how unforgiveness works.
The remedy? Repent for holding
bitterness in your heart against others, and make a solid choice to forgive
those who have wronged you (also confirm your choice by verbally forgiving
them), and release the bitterness and hurt from your heart against them.
Ancestral sins: When you involve
yourself in the deeper sins or the occult world, you not only open demonic
doors in your own life, but also in the lives of your children and
grandchildren (Exodus 20:5). If your ancestors have committed gross sins or
been involved in the occult, then it's a good idea to confess those sins (to
the best of your ability... God knows your heart), and ask Him for forgiveness
(Leviticus 26:40-42). Even though you personally aren't guilty of those sins,
they may have caused curses in your life, and those curses need to be broken.
Common ways to tell if ancestral sins are involved, is if your siblings or
ancestors have experienced or are experiencing the same or similar problem that
you are.
The remedy? The legal grounds have
already been broken! If any spirits are remaining, they must be cast out.
Childhood rejection: Much demonic
bondage is caused during childhood. For example, if a parent shows rejection
toward their child, a spirit of rejection may enter.
The remedy? If you have been rejected by
either your parents or somebody else, you must make a solid choice to forgive
that person(s), and release the hurt in your heart against them. The spirit of
rejection is usually present in this situations, and should be renounced.
Points of weakness: When the person
experiences weakness, such as emotional shock, physical trauma, fearful
experiences during childhood, and other areas to which the natural walls of
defense in the physical, spiritual or emotional system of a person are
weakened, it leaves us vulnerable for the enemy to attach himself to us. The
same is true with drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, and especially true
with drugs, because they lower our defenses, and since demons thrive on
weakness, they love to move right in and setup camp.
The remedy? If there was any
bitterness involved (say somebody caused the traumatic experience for you, and
you are still holding it against them), then you must forgive the person who
hurt you, and repent for harboring bitterness in your heart against them. If
the point of weakness was caused by your own sin, such as drinking or drugs,
then confess and repent of that sin. If the demons entered solely through
traumatic experience, and none of it was anybody's fault, then the demons are
100% trespassers in this situation, and need to be told to leave!
Spoken self-curses: The words we say
have spiritual value, the Bible says to bless and not curse, and that the
tongue has the power of life and death. If you walk around saying, "I wish
I could just die," a demon may hear you and can go to God and say, "Look,
she wants to die!" and here comes a spirit of death. There is a book
titled, "Blessing or Curse: You can choose, " by Derek Prince, which
deals with this topic of curses in much detail.
The remedy? Take back what you spoke
against yourself, renounce it! Repent for speaking such thing(s), and break the
curse(s) in Jesus' name!
Cursed objects: Physical objects can
carry spiritual value, such as idols, occult books, rings, movies, charms, etc.
If you brought any Indian or pagan religion artifacts into your home, you could
be opening the door for demons to enter and bother the people within your home.
Land can also become defiled by the sins of it's owners (Leviticus 18:27).
The remedy? Burn, destroy or get rid
of any physical objects that you have located that could be cursed. Isaiah
2:18, "And the idols he shall utterly abolish." It is Biblical to
burn cursed objects. Repent for bringing such objects into your home if you are
responsible for them! Land can be cleansed by prayer and repenting of the sins
of the previous owners.
Renounce demons: Renounce any known
demons that have been invited in (ex. spirit guides), and any interest or
involvement in the occult or Satanism. Also renounce any demons that you know
need to be cast out. This helps let the demons know that you are no longer
interested in having them around.
Other helpful things to look for: When
did the bondage start? Try to pinpoint how the problem started and what gave
the demons the ability to enter. Look for any involvement in the occult, sins,
vows, traumatic experiences, etc. along with any unusual happenings
emotionally, spiritually or mentally.

problems and casting out demons. Breaking Generational Curses & Pulling
Down Strongholds by Vito Rallo is another really good book to get ahold of. The
Bait of The enemy by John Bevere will show you the dangers of unforgiveness in
the spiritual realm.
Stage Three: Demons must be driven out
Stage three is when strong enough demons
are encountered that are not leaving automatically and must be driven out. Even
after a demon's legal grounds have been removed, they often do not leave on
their own. Some of the lesser demons may, but it's not that common for a
stronger demon to pack up and leave on it's own. This is why Jesus made it
clear that there is a need for the deliverance ministry (Mark 16:17). If demons
automatically left a person when they accepted Jesus, then why did Jesus tell
us to cast out demons? The solution to demonic bondages would instead be just
to accept Jesus and the demons automatically leave. The problem is, it doesn't
work like that in real life, and that's why we there are times when it's
necessary to drive out demons. Jesus referred to the casting out of demons as
children's bread, which means it's not even for un-believers, but for us
believers.
Prayer and fasting: Some demons are so
strong that not only is it necessary to cast them out, but a higher than usual
level of faith, which is only obtained through prayer and fasting, is required
when getting them out. After the disciples tried to cast out a stronger
demon(s) and were unsuccessful, Jesus told them that there are some demons that
will come out by nothing by prayer and fasting (which builds one's faith to the
high levels that is required when casting some demons out). Mark 9:29,
"And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer
and fasting."
Understand your authority: As children
of God, we are given authority over all powers of the enemy. Some people wonder
why the demons seem to ignore them, sometimes it's because that person doesn't
have enough faith in their authority and the demon is strong enough to resist
what little authority that person is exercising. The more faith in your
authority you have, the more of your authority you will be able to use. It is
therefore important to understand and stand firm on the authority that God has
given you.
Binding and loosing: Binding is like
spiritual handcuffing. It's temporary and it's very useful when a demon starts
manifesting and you aren't ready to actually cast it out (let's say you are
winding down a deliverance session and you need your sleep, and the demon(s)
begin to manifest and raise their ugly heads). Or perhaps, the demon is
interfering with the deliverance and it needs to be bound. Another good use of
binding, is to bind the evil spirits that are preventing a person from
accepting Jesus.
Loosing is when a captive is loosed from
something. For example, in Luke 13:12, Jesus loosed the women who was bound by
The enemy and had the issue of blood for 18 years.
Identifying the demon by it's name: If
you are privileged to know the name of the demon(s) you are facing, it is very
helpful to cast it out by it's name. For example, "Spirit of lust, come
out in the name of Jesus!" If somebody yells out "Hey you!" in a
crowd, would you respond? Likely you wouldn't even pay attention to them. But
if they yelled "Hey Bob!" (providing that was your name), they would
have your attention in no time. Same is true when dealing with demons, which is
why it is so helpful to know their name when dealing with them.
Casting it out: Contrary to what many
may think, there's nothing magical about this step. It's a matter of standing
on your authority and commanding the evil spirit (by name if possible) to leave
in the name of Jesus.
Demon groupings: Often, demons will
group, and there will be a strong man. The strong man could be hate, while the
lesser demons could consist of anger, bitterness, jealousy, envy, etc.
Sometimes it is better to cast out the strong man first, and therefore the lesser
demons give you little or no hassle in wanting to leave, while other times it
is better to get rid of the lesser demons first, and therefore the leader can
no longer draw power from them and it makes it easier for the leader to be cast
out. This is a more complicated area of deliverance, and is best led by the
Holy Spirit. Always pray and ask for the Holy Spirit's guidance whenever
attempting a deliverance.

over the devil as believers. Other great books on deliverance include Unbound
by Neal Lozano, Demons & Deliverance by H. A. Maxwell Whyte, and Pigs in
the Parlor by Frank & Ida Mae Hammond
Guilt is one of The enemy's biggest weapons
against us. It tears us down, it makes us feel dirty, unworthy, robs of us of
our faith and confidence in Christ Jesus. Jesus not only came to cleanse us
from our sins, but also set us free from the guilt of our sins. If you want to
live a life of spiritual victory, you need to have a conscience freed from the
guilt of your past. 1 Timothy 3:9, "Holding the mystery of the faith
in a pure conscience."
Two kinds of guilt
There's two kinds of guilt in the Bible.
There's Godly sorrow that leads a person to repentance (2 Cor 7:10), which is
known as conviction and it comes from the Holy Spirit (John 16:8, "when He
comes, will convict the world concerning sin..." - NASB). Once a person
repents, the guilt lifts and they feel relieved and joyful that their sin(s)
have been forgiven. Then there's another kind of guilt, and that's condemnation
or accusations from the devil. The enemy loves to torment God's people by
reminding them of their pasts, and continually holding their sins before them
even after their sins have been forgiven. This is condemnation and there is no
good that comes out of it whatsoever. It tears us down, makes us feel dirty,
unworthy and robs of us of our faith and confidence in Christ Jesus. It's a lie
from the father of lies, and it needs to be ignored.
Guilt is a door to the enemy
I have seen how guilt can be an open door
to be tormented by evil spirits. False guilt is actually a symptom of
unforgiveness in your heart that is directed at yourself. In Matthew 18:23-35,
Jesus tells us how important it is to forgive those who have wronged us, and
how we can be turned over to the tormenters (evil spirits) if we are
unforgiving. Colossians 3:13 tells us to be, "...forgiving one
another..." The phrase 'one another' in NT Greek translates to the word
Heautou, which includes THEMSELF! Bitterness, regardless who or what it's
about, defiles a man (Hebrews 12:15). Spiritual defilement is what makes a
person open to unclean spirits. It is very possible for a person to be harassed
by evil spirits or come under their power, just because a person has refused to
forgive them self.
How guilt is cultivated and nurtured
Guilt is cultivated when you continually
allow yourself to dwell and think about how badly you've messed up, your pasts,
the sins you've committed, etc. The enemy loves to remind us of our past
failures, so he can keep us thinking about them. The problem is, if we allow
ourselves to fall for this trap, it allows the enemy to build what they call a stronghold
in our minds.
Your best bet is to learn what is going on,
and stop The enemy dead in his tracks. Learn the difference between
condemnation and conviction, and stop listening to condemnation. Condemnation
comes from the devil, and it's meant to build strongholds in your mind and
weaken you spiritually.
The stronghold of guilt
When a person who has repented of their
sin(s) but continually feels guilty day after day, even after being told that
their past has been washed away and their sins have been forgiven, is facing
what they call a stronghold. A stronghold is a lie that is believed, which
results in an incorrect thinking pattern. The stronghold of guilt is often not
alone, it is usually accompanied with an incorrect perception of themselves or
an incorrect perception of God (which are both strongholds in themselves).
People who have a stronghold of guilt rarely see God for who He really is
(including His awesome forgiving nature) or they don't see themselves
correctly. They are new creations in Christ who's past has been washed away (2
Corinthians 5:17), but they simply don't believe it because they have a
stronghold in their mind that needs to be torn down.
We are not to dwell on our past sins
Hebrews 10:17, "And their sins and
iniquities will I remember no more."
If God Himself chooses not to remember our
sins, then who are we to remember something that God Himself has chosen to
forget?
Philippians 3:13, " No, dear
brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing:
Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead,"
Breaking the power of sin
One of the biggest reasons why we may
remain in bondage to sin, even though we have been 'legally' set free, is
because of ignorance of the truth. Jesus speaks of this in John 8:31-36:
" So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue
in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know
the truth, and the truth will make you free.” They answered Him, “We are
Abraham’s descendants and have never yet been enslaved to anyone; how is it
that You say, ‘You will become free’?” Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I
say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin. “The slave does
not remain in the house forever; the son does remain forever. “So if the
Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."
One time I was tempted to sin, but the Lord
brought me to this one picture of a cute baby bird in somebody's hands, and
somebody wrote a Bible verse on the picture about the goodness of God. I
realized that I didn't even THINK of sinning after thinking about what a good
and loving God we serve!! My point? The more we become aware of the goodness
and the love of God, the more we will love Him, and the more we will develop a
bitter hatred for sin, because as we become more like Him, the more we love the
things He loves and hate the things He hates. After all, it's the goodness of
God that leads us to repentance: Romans 2:4, " Don't you see how
wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing
to you? Can't you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?"
Once you begin to grasp the goodness of
God, your love for Him will grow because of the love that He has for you (1
John 4:19), and out of your love for Him, you will begin to naturally keep
Jesus' commandments as Jesus said in John 14:23, "...If a man love
me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto
him, and make our abode with him." As we grow in love for God, we also
grow in love for one another (1 John 5:1), and out of our love for one another,
we will naturally fulfill the law by loving one another (Romans 13:8,
"...love one another: for he that loves another has fulfilled the
law.").
8 Signs of a Legalistic Spirit
Do you truly enjoy the grace of God? Many
Christians know the Bible, attend church and even do ministry work while they
struggle to understand the core of the gospel. They can quote Scriptures about
what Christ did for them, but they still feel they must work to earn His
love—and often they end up feeling unworthy and separated from God.
Even though Jesus died on the cross so we
wouldn't have to be judged according to the law, many Christians are still
living in the Old Testament. They have never embraced the reality of New
Testament faith. They are slaves to performance-based religion.
The apostle Paul wrote the epistle of
Galatians to challenge us to make sure we remain in the grace of God. Do you
struggle with legalism? Here are the most common signs of a legalistic spirit:
1. Lack of true joy. Jesus didn't
forgive us of our sins so we could be sour-faced and sad. Yet I've met hundreds
of Christians who looked like they were attending a funeral when they came to a
church service. Why? Legalism kills joy. When someone has an encounter with
God's mercy, their hearts always overflow with praise and gratitude. The
apostle Paul wrote: "The kingdom of God is ... righteousness, peace and
joy in the Holy Spirit" (Rom. 14:17). There's no such thing as
Christianity without joy.
2. No real victory over sin. All
Christians struggle with temptations. But a person with a legalistic mindset
finds it difficult to receive the grace of God to overcome sinful habits. Are
you striving to break free from a particular sin in your own strength? You
cannot do this on your own! We must admit our weakness and to invite the Holy
Spirit to give us supernatural power to live a holy life. It is the indwelling
Spirit of Christ who gives us victory—not your straining and sweating. Relax
and let Him live His life in you!
3. Unhealthy performance orientation. God
is a loving Father, and He wants us to lavish us with His affirmation and
encouragement. Yet many Christians don't have a revelation of God's
unconditional love. They feel they must earn His love by reading the Bible,
praying and performing other religious tasks. Do you ever feel God is mad at
you because you overslept and missed your morning devotions? He wants you to
spend time with Him, but not to fulfill a duty. Chill out and just enjoy His
love!
4. A critical, unloving attitude toward
others. People who don't understand God's grace cannot extend grace to
anyone else. This is why some Christians are hateful toward unbelievers. When
you understand how much mercy God extended to forgive you, it's easy to show
mercy to other people who don't deserve it! When you hear Christians using
harsh language to condemn Muslims, atheists, liberals or gay people, you have
just identified a legalistic spirit.
5. Obsessive focus on outward standards of
dress or behavior. Some Christian denominations have taught that God
demands strict conformity to dress codes. Some churches in the past have
condemned makeup, jewelry, pants and short hair for women. Others taught it was
wrong for Christians to play sports, play cards, dance, wear wedding rings, go
to movies, wear jeans in church or even own a television! Yet God emphasizes
inner holiness rather than outward conformity. When you walk in grace, the
Spirit will lead you to dress and act in a way that honors Him, but this will
not conform to a man-made religious code.
6. Bondage to religious tradition. The
Pharisees rejected Jesus because they couldn't leave Old Covenant religion
behind. A legalistic spirit says, "This is the way we've always done
it." Some people rejected a new move of the Holy Spirit because they didn't
like a new style of music. Some churches today are in danger of missing God
because they want to live like it is still 1973. Legalistic people tend to
fight any new move of God. Remember: God is unchangeable in His nature, but He
does new things. We must stay in step with Him.
7. A sectarian attitude toward other
Christians. People who don't understand God's grace believe they have a
corner on truth, so they cannot accept the fact that the Holy Spirit might be
moving in other denominations. Some churches even teach that they are the only
people going to heaven. If your church believes they are the only true
Christians, exit quickly. Legalism is toxic! Find a church that embraces the
whole body of Christ.
8. Little or no assurance of salvation. People
with a legalistic mindset often doubt their salvation because they trust their
own obedience instead of Christ. When you receive the grace of God, the Bible
says your heart will cry out, "Abba! Father!" (Rom. 8:15). One true
encounter with Jesus will cause you to know that God has adopted you—and that
He will never abandon you.
The apostle Paul wrote: "Where the
Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (2 Cor. 3:17). If you haven't
experienced this freedom, ask the Holy Spirit to fill every area where legalism
has distorted your understanding of God.
Don't fall for a graceless Christianity. If
you see any of these warning signs in your life, invite the Holy Spirit to set
you free from legalism. Stop striving, repent of pride and ask God to open your
eyes to the reality of His amazing grace.

Revelation 2: Goliath is the pattern
of every single Demonic King.

Removal of the Goliath’s head symbolizes
removal of headship. When the Philistines saw their covering was gone, the
philistine army fled.
Jesus had dominion of all the power in the
demonic realm. Matthew 4: 8-10
The devil taketh him up into an exceeding
high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of
them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall
down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it
is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
Satan offered Jesus his kingdom (the
Satanic realms) but Jesus turned him down. Jesus gave him the scripture that
God spoke to Noah. God gave Noah dominion over the earth and everything in it.
Jesus repeated that scripture to Satan.
Satan didn’t recognize Jesus as the
Christ. He said many times “IF you are the Christ”. But Jesus knew exactly
what he was doing. He took total dominion and stripped Satan of all his power
and took away all his kings and kingdoms before he even started his ministry.
After that, not one single demon could resist Jesus and bowed the knee to Him.
There are many Kings in the Satanic
Kingdoms: Isaiah 14: 4-7
That thou shalt take up this proverb
against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden
city ceased! The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of
the rulers. He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that
ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. The whole earth
is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.
Whatever happens in the natural, happens
also in the spiritual realm. Satan wants to imprison you with sickness and
disease.
Basic Steps to take Dominion over Demonic
Kings
1. Develop a deeper revelation of Jesus.
Become a carrier of Jesus who is the greatest King and will back you up and
dethrone kings.
2. Carve out a realm of dominion by
Fasting: 40 day fast, 3 day emergency fast etc. 40 day fast counteracts
Goliath’s decrees. Flies grow to maturity and die every fourty days. Satan is
called the Lord of the Flies.
3. Put on the armor of God. Ephesians 6:
12.
4. Focus your attack on the main place that
Demons operate in: 1st heaven (earth) and the 2nd heaven (the air, the sky);
3rd heaven (God’s Throne room-Universe). In Mark 4, Jesus calmed the storm but
he arose and rebuked the wind.
5. Attack with your mouth. Make decrees
over and take authority over the thrones of the Demonic Kings seated in the
earth’s atmosphere.
6. Dethrone Demonic Kings from the 2nd
Heaven (Matthew 10 King Killer Anointing) and command him to fall. Jesus gave
his disciples authority to drive out demons and heal the sick. Matthew
10:1says Jesus called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against
unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all
manner of disease. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at
hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils:
freely ye have received, freely give.
Receive the Matthew 10 King-Killer

I impart to you the Matthew 10 anointing
to cause Kings to fall from the sky. Receive it now and walk into it. In Jesus’

King Agag king over witchcraft and
rebellion
I Sam 15: Saul was instructed by God
to destroy the King Agag of the Amalakites and everything in his kingdom. Saul
killed everything and everyone except he spared the King’s life. This King is
over witchcraft and rebellion. After Saul rebelled against God, the spirit of
God left him and he became overcome by a demonic spirit and he began to exhibit
mental illness. Through his sin of disobedience, he put himself under the
dominion of the Spirit King of Agag who controls the spirit of rebellion and
witchcraft. Witchcraft bewitches your mind.
Tools we need to break the power of the
Spirit King Agag to Heal the sick and release deliverance
1. We administer repentance and
reconciliation for the lost and/or wayward. The believing family may have a
wayward child, and the unbelieving is estranged from God and from each other.
Repentance comes against rebellion and reconciliation is produced. Malachi 4.
Says, He shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of
the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
2. Activate the anointing and administer
the Healing Light of Jesus. The light of Jesus will cause them to come to their
senses. 2 Tim 2:25-26 says In meekness instructing those that oppose
themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging
of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the
devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. Send the light of Jesus into
their minds, body and soul. Light is powerful and it is a supernatural tool to
heal people. Why light? Because it can penetrate your body. It can get to any
diseased part in your being and God created light to be attracted to our DNA.
Light Heals. Rev. 4: 3. There is an emerald rainbow encircling the throne
of God. The green emerald represents God’s healing power and the rainbow
represents covenant promise. Light can be transmitted through space. Jesus used
the tool of light to heal. While he was on the earth, Jesus was able to also
operated in the spiritual realm and he was saturated with light. John 9 says,
In Jesus was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in
darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Activate the anointing of light
for others.
3. We cultivate a tangible manifestation of
the Glory through praise and worship. Praise and worship ushers in the Glory.
Jesus used the light and the glory to deliver. John Psalm 100:4 says Enter into
his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto
him, and bless his name.
Follow Jesus’ example of manifesting the
tangible Glory of God
1. Relationship with Jesus (develop a
deeper relationship with Jesus)
2. Apply the blood of Jesus (Heaven and
earth comes together at the cross through the blood of Jesus). It takes the
blood and cross of Jesus to close the door to the king of rebellion and
witchcraft.
3. Keep the mind focused on God. Praying in
tongues can help you to focus on God.
4. Call an emergency three day fast (Story
of Esther)- Haman- an agagite hated the Jews. He went to the king to issue a
decree and the king gives him his signet ring which is a sign of his authority.
He writes an edict to kill the Jews. Esther calls a three day fast). In order
to defeat the king, she called an emergency three day fast. The Jews fast
today, three day fast: They fast for 24 hours and eat for one hour which ends
up to be 70 hours of fasting, and 2 hours of eating. Haman was in power for 70
days. Esther fasted one hour for each day of Haman’s power.
Soul/Glory light of Jesus
In this lesson, you will receive a
revelation about the soul and how the glory light of Jesus is the supernatural
tool that can heal your soul. You will learn about:
1. The health and condition of your soul is
directly connected to your personal peace level and contentment level that you
have been longing to feel.
2. The health of your soul is directly
connected to the health of your relationships (husband and wives, friends,
family members, co-workers etc)
3. The health of your soul will directly
affect your level of dominion over demonic powers (that when you get healing in
your soul, your level of dominion will leap up in its authority).
4. The healing of your soul is directly
connected to your financial increase. (The increase and the blessings that you
been waiting for has been held up because of the woundedness of your soul
hasn’t healed yet).
5. The healing of your soul can be directly
connected to supernatural healing of your body (Recurring sickness,
afflictions, disease, healing has been held up by the woundedness in their
soul).
6. The supernatural light of Jesus is the
supernatural tool that can heal the wounds in your soul so you can get the
healings and promises that God had promised.
What constitutes your soul man: the mind,
will and emotions make up the soul, (we are three part beings; body, soul and
spirit). Your spirit is instantly perfected at salvation (no woundedness,
brokenness, no sin etc). When we receive Jesus, instantly we have the same
spirit as Christ. However, upon regeneration, your soul was not made instantly
perfect. Your mind is constantly in the process of being brought into the state
of healing and submission to Jesus Christ. I Corinthian 10 says we are to take
every thought captive and into submission into Christ. This is a process.
In our lifetime, we have gone through
situations, circumstances and different events that have deeply wounded our
soul and caused us to have wounds in our soul: Wounds in your soul can:
1. Affect your level of peace or
contentment.
2. Affect your mind or the way you think (
Cognitive distortions or thinking errors)
3. Affect your will; your ability to choose
right or wrong.
4. Affect your emotions; cause you to have
unhealthy, unbalanced, even dangerous emotion such as depression, anxiety,
loneliness, jealousy, anger, etc.
5. Cause strife and contention between
spouses, friends, family, children, loved ones etc. church members or people at
work. Job 10 says Job received wounds and spoke to God and his friends from the
bitterness of his soul.
The wounds of your soul opens
the door into your life and gives the demonic access to afflict you. Psalm
143 says The demonic are always looking for an open door to torment
you because they know that we have wounds in our soul. They target the wounds
in your soul and that gives them the right to torment you. As long as the
wound is still there, the door is open to the enemy.
Jesus had no sin so he had no wounds in his
soul.
According to John 14: Jesus says that
evil has nothing in common with him or nothing inside of him his (mind,
thinking, emotions, will or soul) so the demonic had no power or authority over
him. Unlike us, there were no wounds in his soul because Jesus never sinned. In Mark
5, the man who lived among the tombs came to Jesus and said “What have you to
do with me? What do we have in common”? The demonic spirit had no legal
right to torment Jesus because he didn’t find a wound in Jesus’ soul. He
recognized that Jesus was the Son of God. In fact Jesus was able to torment the
spirits and send them into the abyss.
The man who lived among the tombs. Mark
5
In the Greek, living among the tombs means
to recall or to remember; to set up a monument in your mind or emotions to
cause a perpetual remembrance and be controlled and tormented by the spirit
Legion. The man who lived among the tombs was being controlled by the demon
spirits because he lived among the woundedness of his past and was affected by
the memory of the events.
The bible says that we can prosper and be
in health even as our soul prospers. 3 John 1:2 says Beloved, I wish above
all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul
prospereth.
Let the Glory Light of Jesus heal the
wounds in your soul.
Does the blood of Jesus work? YES. Does the
name of Jesus work? YES. Then why doesn’t healing come? It must be the wounds
in our soul.
Jesus shows up with the light of
revelation. Malachi 4:2 says But unto you that fear my name
shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings and his beams. (marpe-sound
of mind, healed of personal distresses). Jesus is the Light! John 12:46 says I
am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide
in darkness. John 8:12 says Then spake Jesus again unto them,
saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in
darkness, but shall have the light of life.
When Jesus came down from the mount of
transfiguration, the cloud of glory light came down and shone over Jesus. The
glory is composed of light. (Zoe-for the soul, fullness of his light, absolute
light). Jesus is the Light!
Luke 11 says The light of the body is
the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full
of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. Take
heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. If thy whole
body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full
of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. The eye
is the lamp of the body (conscience). The eye is the window to your soul!
Soak your heart and soul in the Glory Light
of Jesus! Jesus' Glory Light and beams can heal your soul, mind and
emotions. Beams of light. You will think the right thoughts, you will have
right emotions, your soul will be sound and fufilling its office. Light is
a supernatural tool.
Prayer for impartation of the Glory Light
of Jesus.
The anointing of the Glory Light of
Jesus is going to prevail over the woundness of your Soul. In the name of
Jesus, I release the anointing for the impartation of the Glory Light of Jesus.
Receive it by faith and move into it. In Jesus name. Amen.
King Balaak king of curses
We will be talking about one of the most
important kings in the demonic realm. He not the most powerful king but he is
important because he is the key for us to have mass deliverance. God wants us
to have the keys to be able to deliver in a accelerated manner? Once their soul
is healed, then the demonic can be broken off or removed because their legal
right is gone. God is causing the accelerated healings.
What is a curse: A curse is defined in
the dictionary as an expression of a wish that misfortune, evil or doom that
befalls on a person or group. Curses can be the source of all the scourges,
misfortune, or trouble. The main purpose of curses are to drive people out of
the land.
There are two ways we can open the
door to receive a curse: Sin provides an open door to curses. In Gen
3:17, God cursed the earth, the woman and the man when Adam and Eve sinned
against God. In Gen 4:11 God cursed Cain was cursed by reason of the
earth because he killed his brother. Disobedience can open the door to
curses. In Deuteronomy 28:15 God gave the Israelites a list of curses
that would befall them if they disobeyed God. The curse will come upon you and
can overtake you.
Curses are hereditary: Curses can
affect all areas of your life. It can touch every area of your life; your body,
your finances, your business, your ministry, your family. You can inherit the
curse from your ancestors. According to Exodus 25, curses can be
passed down from generations up to four generations. For example, doctors know
that illnesses can be inherited. Therapists look for problems that are common
within the family line such as illnesses, personal deficits, or addictions,
etc. If you are carrying down a disease passed down from your ancestors, you
are able to break the curse and the illness will go away.
Curses are an effective weapon to use
against us: Curses can suck the energy from your life. You can’t shake
curses off. You have to take intentional action to remove it. In the Old
Testament, curses were a serious because they understood that curses.
Demonic kings use curses to drive us out of
the blessings or promises that God has for us: Number 22-24. King
Balaak wanted to destroy the nation of Israel and drive them out of their land.
He tried to pay Balaam to curse Israel. King Balaak took him to a high mountain
three times so he could curse Israel. In 1 Sam 17:43. Goliath charged
David and cursed David by his gods. Goliath represents every demonic king.
Demonic kings are legalistic. They are bound by their own contract. The demonic
strongman under the demonic kings whose assignment is to carry out those curses
collude or make a secret agreement with each other to take our possessions,
body or mind into captivity. However they lost their legal right at the cross of
Jesus to afflict the people of God.
King Balaak, the King of Curses: Every
demonic king uses curses as a strategy to afflict people. Some demonic kings
are more specific in the areas they can touch. Some are responsible to attack
your mind. Others have authority to attack your body, others your finances.
King Balaak’s name is “devastator”. He is the strongman over curses. His whole
assignment is to invoke curses.
He has the authority to invoke or speak
curses against people if they have an open door. He is the source of every
curse, and Jesus is the antedote.
Why is King Balaak able to touch and
torment every area of our lives where other kings are more specific?Balaak is
in collusion with every other demonic king to afflict your life. Collusion
means to enter into a contract with two or more parties to defraud you of your
rights. He is working with the kings over your finances. He is working with the
king over your mind. He is working with the king over your life. He is
collusion with them. King Balaak makes a secret agreement or contract with the
specific kings to come in and together, they are able to afflict all areas of
our lives. The bible says, Goliath cursed David by his gods. Goliath represents
every demonic king. Every demonic king uses curses as part of their strategy to
afflict our lives. They can only afflict you if they have an open door through
sin or disobedience so they have to go to Balaak and enter into a secret
agreement or contract with him. Balaak curses the people and the other kings
work in their specific area. King Balaak is the source of every curse. In the
Old Testament, the people fully believed that if someone invoked a curse, there
was a demonic force behind it that would have the power to fulfill the curse in
your life.
What happened on the final hilltop event? Balaam
spoke a prophecy against King Balaak. He spoke of the coming of Christ. Num
44 says, Balaam prophesied that a Star, a scepter would come out of Israel
and shall crush his enemies, having dominion shall destroy his enemies. Why was
the curse released against King Balaak? Because Balaak was the demonic king
over every curse, but praise God, Jesus Christ is the curse breaker!
Demonic Kings are very
legalistic: Demonic kings have to follow their own law. They can only
afflict us through an open door from sin or disobedience. Because of the nature
of their own contract, they are bound together. They enter into a legal, binding
contract. Because of their own contract to bind together to come against you,
you can bind them all together at one time by their own contract. You can say
“I bind you King Balaak by your own contract to all the kings you are entered
into a secret agreement. By your own binding contract, I command you all to
come out at one time”. Their plan has been discovered and their plan has
backfired. They are bound together as one and have to come out together as one
by their own contract.
Jesus Christ is the curse breaker: Balaak
is the curse maker but Jesus Christ is the curse breaker! King Balaak is the
source of every curse, but Jesus is the antedote. Jesus rules the nations with
an iron scepter and He is the King over all Kings. Revelation 19:16 says
Jesus hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS,
AND LORD OF LORDS.
Jesus Christ became a curse for
us: Jesus broke the curse; He forgave our sins. Jesus gave us the right
break the curses off our lives and receive the blessings of Abraham. Galatians
3:13 says Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse
for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree. We
want to activate this truth in your life today. Today, Jesus is going to remove
every collusion in your life.
Prayer for Deliverance
I confess that Jesus Christ is my lord and
savior. I believe that he died on the cross for me and became a curse for me.
It is in the power of Jesus’ resurrection that I am free from the curses. I
renounce the curses and am able to receive the blessings of Abraham.
I ask for forgiveness for all sins
committed by me or my ancestors, every vow, oath, ceremony, soul ritual, blood
covenant witchcraft, evil abomination, every curse, sorcery, divination in the
name of Jesus. I denounce all demonic strongman. I renounce false religions,
every doctrine of demons, cults, , false gods and goddesses, false belief
systems, doctrine of demons or false worship, every sickness and suffering, all
death, suicides, infirmity, disease, every despair, every mental illness, every
physical and emotional illness. Any activity that opened up my ancestors or
myself to a demonic curse, I renounce.
Now I decree that every curse brought upon
me by my ancestors and myself is now broken. There is no more legal right for
the enemy to curse me or my descendents; I decree all curses null and void.
They can no longer affect me or my descendents. I am now free from every curse,
every evil strongman, and demonic spirit that was assigned to carry those curses
out in Jesus name. Amen.
King Asa and king Benhadad: koningen over

Once you have won dominion over the demonic
kings, how do you hold your dominion? To In order to hold dominion over the
demonic kings you must hold your mouth. According to the Bible, we use our
mouth to release the things of the kingdom of heaven. Deut 32: The heavens hear
the words of our mouth and they respond. In Romans it says that if we confess
with our mouth the Lord Jesus, we are saved; In Job 22: when we
decree a thing with our mouth, it will be established. We can release a request
to God with our mouth; we can praise the father and son with our mouth; we can
cause manifestations of the glory cloud to come with our mouth; we can call up
our blessings with our mouth.
In the New Testament, Jesus shows us the
power of the mouth. Jesus used his mouth to curse an unfruitful fig tree with
his mouth and in the natural, the tree actually died. He called forth Lazarus
from the grave, and when he called forth Lazarus, he was resurrected from the
dead by Jesus’ words. Jesus used his words. He used his mouth to heal the
centurion’s son long distance, he decreed that he would live (long distance)
with his mouth and the boy lived. He used his mouth to take dominion over the storm
which originated in the heavens.
1. Our mouths have power. If our
mouths are so powerful, why we don’t have more amazing blessings from the
kingdom of heaven? Why? Because we have mixture in our mouth; two springs are
coming from our mouth. James 3 says, brothers, out of the same mouth
comes Praising and cursings and blessings, brothers this should not be. One has
the kingdom of light as its source and the other source is from the kingdom of
darkness. When you talk about your brother, you are loosing the kingdom of
darkness to attack you. You are literally calling the darkness to come into
your life. When you pray, you go, you bind up the demonic king and take
authority over the enemy, and then one hour later you talk about your brother,
you just opened the door through the sin of your mouth to release the demonic
attack. The demonic will attack you because remember, the demonic are very
legalistic. They are looking for an opening by sin to attack us non stop night
and day.
In Numbers 22-24, King Balaak is
constantly looking for a way back in or opportunity to curse Israel which is
three chapters long. He is constantly looking for a way to curse Israel.
Instead Balaam blesses Israel. He finds stronger princes to persuade Balaam to
curse Israel three times. InNumbers 23, two of the high places were the hill of
Zopham (which means watchers to spy, to observe, watch closely) and Peor (which
means to open wide in a gaping hole). The demonic are looking for a legal right
to come into attack you.
2. You must go to a new level with your
mouth. Move to a higher level of prayer, intercession, higher
responsibility and you will be held accountable to hold that dominion. We must
get to where we will not let anything out of our mouths. We all mess up. What
can we do? We can quickly repent and go to Jesus! An example: If you gossip,
grumble or curse then you just opened the door and don’t repent, guess who is
coming into your home? Because he is in collusion with every other king, they
are all coming back. I don’t want you to be afraid, I want you to be empowered.
If you fight with your husband, quickly repent. If you talk about someone,
quickly repent. David and Goliath. He heard all the things about what the King
promised When Eliab heard him speaking with the man. He asked him why you have
come down here. Eliab insulted and belittled David. He used his mouth to curse
David. David controlled his mouth. Who had total dominion over Goliath? David.
Goliath represents every evil king. If you blow it, run to Jesus quickly.
3. We must break off the demonic. If
you want to make them well, you have to break the demonic. Many good Christians
believe that they only need to give their way into blessings. Sometimes you
must break off the demonic and then you can take the steps to make them well.
Some of your finances are sick. There are a lot of Christians whose finances
are sick; who have been giving their tithes and they are still broke. The
problem is that the demonic is there blocking the blessing. When we break the
demonic, our seed can take root and then grow. You can get a healing over your
finances because you are not going to make decisions based on the wounds in
your soul. Does the bible say there are demonic kings over the finances? Yes.
Two demonic kings who over money: I
king 15: says, There was war , Asa took all the wealth, wrongly used and made a
covenant with an evil king. He delivered all silver and gold from the treasures
of the temple, (he cannibalized the tithes-seed) and gave them to King
Benhadad. King Asa wanted something so badly that he entered into a covenant
with king Benhadad. Because of Asa’s sin, it gave Benhadad had an open door to
come in and continue to afflict the nation of Israel and Balaak was able to
curse their finances.
Generations later in Isaiah 10,
another King whose name was Benhadad, put Israel under famine, cannibalized
their seed. He had a fail safe strategy. They were not able to build security.
They cannibalized their own children (representing their seed). In Isaiah
10 the Assyrian King says “shall I not do to Jerusalem (put them under
famine and cannibalized their seed) what I have done to Samaria? I have removed
the boundaries of the people and robbed their treasures.”
It is so important for the enemy to have a
fail safe strategy to come against our finances; then not only does he put
Benhadad to place you under famine and cannibalize your seed, so you lose your
harvest and the church cannot go anywhere, He takes another King to be over
that King so he can be protected and continue to fulfill his assignment uninterrupted.
Who’s in collusion with all demonic kings? Remember that Goliath cursed David
by his Gods. Every demonic king goes to Balaak and enter into a secret
agreement with him; to come and attack us and curse your finances.
Can your finances be cursed? Yes. Malachi
3:6 says “for I am the Lord, I do not change. Return to me and I will
return to you. Yet you defraud me. You withhold your tithes and offerings. You
are cursed with a curse.” If you don’t bring the whole tithe into the
storehouse, you are cursed with a cursed. The demonic kings are able to come
in, attack your finances and curse your money because you have not given the
whole tithe and robbed God of the tithes and offerings. Curses are generational
and curses cannot be broken without intentional intervention.
4. Bring the complete tithe into the
storehouse and activate the anointing over your finances. The anointing
breaks the yoke. Isaiah 10:24-25. The LORD Almighty has sworn, "Surely,
as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen. I
will crush the Assyrian in my land; on my mountains I will trample him down.
His yoke will be taken from my people, and his burden removed from their
shoulders." God will turn the curse into a blessing. In Malachi
3:10-12 says,“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be
food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see
if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing
that there will not be room enough to store it. I will prevent pests from
devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not drop their fruit
before it is ripe," says the LORD Almighty. Then all the nations will call
you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the LORD Almighty.
5. Being a king killer with the king killer
anointing brings in the increase. In 1 Samuel 17: 25-27 says, “ Now
the Israelites had been saying, "Do you see how this man keeps coming out?
He comes out to defy Israel. The king will give great wealth to the man who
kills him. He will also give him his daughter in marriage and will exempt his
family line from taxes in Israel." David asked those standing near him,
"What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and removes this
disgrace from Israel? Who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy
the armies of the living God?" They repeated to him what they had been
saying and told him, "This is what will be done for the man who kills
him." When you free people, from these demonic king’s dominion over
their body, finances and every area of their lives, you are freeing the bride
of Christ and God looks upon that in such a way. He will enrich you in every
way. There are great rewards for those who becomes a king killer. Do you know
“riches” means? High, mighty, over, long, loud and more, much and overwhelm.
Confess this Prayer for your finances
I confess that Jesus Christ is my Lord and
savior. I believe he died on the cross for me and became a curse for me. For it
is written cursed is anyone who hangs on a tree. It is through the power of
Jesus’ death and resurrection that I am free from the curse and able to receive
the blessings of Abraham. I renounce any activities of Satan and any demonic
strongmen and all other spirits beneath them that have put me in famine and
cursed my money. I command every one of them to obey the belief of my heart and
the confession of my mouth. I renounce any activities that I or my ancestors
took part in that opened up my family line to a curse. I decree this for every
person in my family line. I renounce gambling, theft, fraud, swindling,
embezzlement, piracy, counterfeit, laziness, and bad stewardship. I ask for
forgiveness for anytime myself or my ancestors who robbed God by not bringing
the whole tithe into the storehouse and bringing a curse on my house. I now
decree that every sin committed by me or my entire family line concerning every
part of our finances is broken, all curses as null and void. They have no
longer attack my finances or any part of my finances. I am now free from the
curse, and every demonic strongman that was assigned to bring those curses to pass.
Balaak is the curse maker, but JESUS is the
curse breaker. Jesus, I ask you to penetrate with your blood, my finances,
credit cards, checking account, savings accounts, homes, mortgages, businesses,
debt, ministry. Change my heart and cause me to be a better steward of your
blessings. Wipe out every open door. Every spirit of famine, poverty, debt, has
to be bound together and come up and out right now in the name of Jesus. There
will be no more resistance in Jesus name. Amen.

Heaven has gates, doors and windows. Jacob
saw the gate of Heaven, Malachi mentions that God opens the window of Heaven to
pour out a blessing. Ezekiel saw the temple and their doors in heaven.
Whatever happens in the natural also
happens in the heavens.
The atmosphere of the physical realm
is the air. The atmosphere of the Heaven is the Glory of God.
God uses light to heal the heart from the
heart’s wounds. Wounds are the results of sinning against ourselves (such as
sexual sins) or someone sinning against us such as (hurts, rape, incest,
violence).
Tools we were given to use in our battle
against the enemy: Repentance, fasting, prayer, worship, the blood and the name
of Jesus, the Word of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit and don’t forget
the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Sin or disobedience opens the door for
curses to enter into lives.
Curses are hereditary. God pronounced
cursings and blessings which are dependent on our actions.
Rebellion opens the door of affliction.
There is a hierarchy of spiritual beings
which govern over domains in the second heaven (atmosphere-the gaseous envelope
surrounding the earth; the air) which are identified inEphesians 6:12 (Amplified
Bible) For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with
physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against
[the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against
the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
Rebellion is as witchcraft and stubbornness
is as iniquity and idolatry. 1 Samuel 15:23 says, "For
rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and
idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also
rejected thee.."
Glorylight from Jesus
The glory light of Jesus can heal the
wounds in your soul. This session will teach you how to do it. So you can begin
to apply the light when you are at home or wherever you are at so you can
systematically get healing in your soul. Paul prayed that we would pray for
people’s all around strengthening and perfecting of their soul. So this is a
high priority with God. The first thing you need to do to position yourself to
heal the wounds in your soul:
1. Spend focused amount of time in
repentance and forgiveness. Remember it is sin that creates the wound. If
you want the wound healed, you have to deal with the sin that made it first.Mark
9 says that if the eye (or wounds in your soul) causes you to stumble or
sin, pluck them out. Those wounds in the soul were inflicted on the man himself
by his sin. So we have to deal with the sin. Sometimes that may be hard,
because wounds are strong and emotional. They have a lot of control over your
mind and your emotions.
Sometimes you may think I can’t
repent; I did a sin too horrible to be forgiven. That is a lie from
the pit of hell. There is no sin so horrible that Jesus’ blood cannot atone
for. Sometimes, you might have a difficult time forgiving someone else who
sinned against you and created a wound in your soul. Perhaps some so victimized
you so horribly and you are suffering so much that you having a difficult time
forgiving. The Bible says before you bring your offerings to the altar, you
must forgive. Your offerings of praise and worship, your gifts and tithes, your
offering of studying in the word will not suffice. The bible says leave you’re
offering at the altar and go and forgive your brother. You must forgive for
yourself so your wounds can be removed and then you can be healed.
I knew a woman who was molested by her
father in front of her mother. When we applied the glory light of Jesus on her,
she said it wasn’t my fault, I was a little child, they hurt me. It was
true; she had been victimized, but her unrepentance and unforgiveness caused
her to sin more. She had become bitter, resentful, hateful which is sin. Her
unforgiveness was blocking the light in her soul. Then God gave her a vision to
really understand. She saw a light bulb, but the filament was not working. She
realized that she needed to forgive in order to receive the God’s healing.
You’re going to be soaking your soul in the light of Jesus. You will be
applying the light of Jesus and using your faith and using your focus to
believe what the scriptures say; that glory light of Jesus can heal the wounds
in your soul. Here’s an example of a people who were healed in the bible by
using their faith and using their focus. In Numbers 21:5-15, “And they
journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of
Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way. And
the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us
up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no bread, neither is
there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.” The Israelites were
on a journey, and it was tough, discouraging and contending and it began to
wound their soul. They got bit by fiery serpents and many died in the desert.
They began to speak against God and Moses. They began to speak out of the
woundedness of their soul. “And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people,
and they bit the people; and many of the people of Israel died. Therefore the
people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the
LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from
us.” The first thing they did was to go to Moses and repented. Secondly, they
used their faith and their focus; they were told to focus, gazing expectantly,
steadily, and absorbingly at the serpent that Moses was instructed to make. As
the people used their faith and they gazed and focused on the serpent, they
were healed.
2. Focus your attention on the Lord Jesus
Christ. Secondly, We are going to focus and gaze expectantly, steadily on
the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Light that heals the wounds in your soul.
When you get distracted, bring the focus back on Jesus. Keep your mind engaged
in focusing expectantly on Jesus. You can use the scriptures to sanctify your
mind and bring your focus back to Jesus. The Bible says Jesus is a lamp unto
our feet and a light unto our path. You can meditate on Scriptures, Psalm
36; Malachi 2; Luke 11; Revelations 1; and soak in the Glory light of Jesus.
God will shed the light on the wound and it become visible to you through a
dream or a vision.
3. Pay attention to your dreams and
vision. You will get a revelation through a dream or a vision. If you soak
before you go to bed, many times that light that you are releasing on yourself
brings you enlightenment to a wound that is in your soul. You will get a
revelation through a dream or a vision of a wound. Psalm 36, says “For
with you is the fountain of light and in your light, do we see light”. It also
means the light of instruction. As you soak in the light, God will bring the
wounds up out of darkness of your soul that are in darkness and you will get a
revelation of a wound that you need to soak in the light.
Caution: Many are thinking that they know
what wounds they need to work on. They say “I have a wound with this or that
person.” However the wound might come from a previous wound from your past. God
knows the right order to lead you to your healing. He will show us the right
path that he wants to lead us on in order to be healed. He may not always be
specific. Don’t think you know which way to go, let God show you and go
according to God’s system and order.
It is biblical for God to show you through
dreams or visions what is in your soul. Job 33:14-15 says:For God
speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of
the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; then
he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, that he may withdraw
man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. He keepeth back his soul from
the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.” Why does God show us our
wounds? To keep our souls from the torment that comes from the pit and our
lives from perishing. A wound is like a phonographic scratch. It keeps playing
over and over again. If you get a repeated dream, that is a wound in your soul
playing over and over again. Pay attention to your dreams or visions. Now you
have a target. Now you have a specific target in which to put the glory light
of Jesus.
Receive this prayer if you are not
able to dream, have a vision or do not remember your dreams.
“Father in the name of Jesus, I declare
that you will dream, you will have visions with your open eye and you will
remember your dreams. I break up every resistance and every obstacle that
prevents you from having visions and dreams. I decree that Jesus will give you
dreams and visions and the interpretation related to the wounds in your soul.
You will recognize the wounds that Jesus reveals to you through dreams and
visions. In the name of Jesus, Amen. “
4. Don’t shift your focus away from the
glory light of Jesus. Don’t focus on the wound itself.Don’t allow yourself
to get bothered, frustrated or depressed about the revealed specific event.
What would happen if the Israelites focused on the wounds? They were called to
take their focus off their wounds and use their faith and their focus; they
were told to focus, gazing expectantly, steadily, and absorbingly at the light.
5. Expect God to reveal to you unhealthy
soul ties. As you soak in the light, you will have dreams, visions,
revelations concerning old boyfriends or girlfriends, ex-husbands or ex-wives,
children, people you have developed a soul tie with. What is a soul tie?
It is a linkage of the soul, the emotions, like-mindedness and the will of two
people. Soul ties can have positive or negative effects. I Sam 18, David
and Jonathan developed a positive soul tie. These friends had a positive soul
tie. It was the love that David had in his soul for Jonathan that caused him to
take care of his children after his death. Another positive effect of a soul
tie is a godly marriage; According to Matthew 19:5, He wants couples to be
united in soul; to be like-minded in emotions, in their wills and in ability to
choose things. It is the binding of their souls that creates an awesome
marriage. Some soul ties are created by sin. Some ungodly soul ties are formed
through sin outside of marriage. In Genesis 34:2-4 says “and when
Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, prince of the country, saw Dinah, Leah’s
daughter, he took her, and lay with her, and defiled her. And his soul clave
unto Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the damsel, and spake kindly
unto the damsel.” Schechem violated Jacob’s daughter and afterwards, it caused
a soul tie with Dinah.
6. Wait on God for confirmation of your
wounds being healed. Your faith will increase when you experience the
glory light and God confirmation of your soul being healed. Confirmation can
come through scripture; sometimes God will place a scripture in your mind. You
can also get confirmation by Holy Spirit in your mind. Confirmation through
dreams and visions. Confirmation through circumstances. You will know when you
are healed because you will feel a shift in your soul; new level of God’s
peace, no fear, contentment etc. Philippians 4:7.
7. Once the wounded part is healed,
then you can command the demonic to come out. Remember, the wounds in your
soul were created by sin and sin gives the legal right to the demonic.
Once that wound is healed then you can begin to make war with the demonic and
it is going to be easier. While you are getting those wounds healed, the
demonic will try to discourage you from getting the healing. You put the blood
on the sin that creates the wound but until the wound itself is healed, the
demonic still has the right to be there. Remember, you put the glory light on
the wound then when the wound is healed, and then the demonic can be taken off.
Manifestations of the Demonic
You have a right to bind the demonic
manifestations while your soul wounds are being healed. You may have to
deal with spirits during your soul wound healing process. God will give you the
grace. One of the spirits that you’re going to have to deal with is
witchcraft. Why witchcraft? Because this spirit is easily attached to
the soul wound. 1 Samuel 15:23 says For rebellion is as the sin
of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Rebellion is
as the sin of witchcraft and it bewitches your mind. If you start feeling
confused, anxiety and physical distress, etc, you are being attacked by the
spirit of witchcraft who enters through the sins of rebellion. You are not
being healed, you are manifesting. You have the right to bind the demonic
spirit in the name of Jesus until your wounds have been healed.
Prayer for deliverance of manifestations (backaches,
neck ache, tummy ache, sore throat etc)
I speak to the demonic right now and I
command all manifestations to stop. I put the grace on the temple right now. Zechariah
2 Grace, grace was spoken in the temple. I decree that the wound that you are
attached to and is causing you to manifest will be healed in the light and you
will have to go. I send the angels right now to bind you and put you under
torment. Stop manifesting now; stop tormenting now in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
Promises that have not come to pass yet are
because your body and your soul have not been rebuilt yet. The Bible says when
the Israelites stopped working on the temple, their promises were not realized.
You can be completely healed in your soul. Once you are healed, keep your soul
totally healed. Soak your soul in worship. God’s glory comes down when we
praise and worship God.
Holding a Jesus Fast
Jesus was the lamb that was slain for our sins.
He was crucified, He died and was buried and on the third day, He arose from
the dead. He arose and is now seated at the right hand of the Father. Jesus is
the bright morning star. He is the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. Without
Jesus, we can do nothing, One day, Jesus will come back for us and we will
reign with Him forever. He is our King!

Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me; or else believe Me for the
sake of the [very] works themselves. [If you cannot trust Me, at least let
these works that I do in My Father's name convince you.]
If we focus on Jesus, we become carriers of
His light. and do greater works in Jesus'name.
John 14:12-14 says, I assure you,
most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself
be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than
these, because I go to the Father. And I will do [I Myself will grant] whatever
you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], so that the Father may be
glorified and extolled in (through) the Son. [Yes] I will grant [I Myself will

As a vessel of Honor, we allow Jesus to
clean us and prepare us for His work.
We can receive the fullness of Jesus and
reach our full potential. Focus on Jesus and meditate on His scripture.
Everything that is contrary to Jesus will be removed and He can come in all His
fullness.

homosexuals. Another study of about 1500 homosexuals showed much less influence
by the mother, while far more reported an unaffectionate or detached father,
and approximately half of homosexuals reported they had negative feelings

While these factors are conducive to
homosexuality, it should be stressed that these do not ensure that children
raised this way will become homosexual, nor are these factors alone in
influencing it.
[5] A random sample of 5,182 adults from 6
U.S. metropolitan areas were questioned about incestuous sexual relationships
during childhood. Incest was disproportionately reported by both male and
female bisexuals and homosexuals. 148 gays (7.7% of the sample) reported 14
(50%) of same-sex, and 7 (22%) of opposite-sex incestuous experiences, and 20
(69%) of same-sex and 2 (3%) of opposite-sex sexual experiences with other
relatives. 88 lesbians (3% of the sample) reported 2 (33%) of same-sex incest
and 7 (9%) of opposite-sex incest and 1 (17%) of same-sex and 10 (13%) of
opposite-sex sexual experiences with other relatives. 12% of 98 male
homosexuals vs 0.8% of 1,224 male heterosexuals with a brother reported
brother-brother incest. These findings are consonant with those of other
studies in which disproportionately more incest by homosexuals was reported. As
opposed to an evolutionary genetic hypothesis, these data support the
alternative that homosexuality may be learned, since homosexuals do not produce
children at sustainable levels and the incidence of homosexuality varies as a
function of various social factors. Incest cannot be excluded as a significant
basis for homosexuality.

to Help You Stop Being Gay. 8. Imagine Yourself as "Broken": Only
when you are "utterly broken" will you find God and freedom. 9. Know
That You Will Be Saved If You Believe.

people have generalized them to other types of negative life changes and
